Adjusting a HOT TUB Pressure Switch / Hot Tub Not Heating up

- Adjusting a hot tub pressure switch sometimes will turn the heater relay back on and start heating your hot tub again. If you adjust your pressure switch that means that there's something blocking it or it's just getting old. Try and replace your hot tub pressure switch as soon as you can.

This is a way of knowing if it's a problem with the hot tub pressure switch or if it's something else that's not working.
Great simple to the point video. I have a nearly new pressure switch installed in my hot tub that seems to be failing I will try this trick and see if that helps
Sometimes its a flow issue from the filter to hair in the impellor
Thank you so much for this video. So I don’t have to use the same pressure switch? We have a jacuzzi j245 with the pressure switch you don’t like the one with the thumb screw. So I can get one of the other ones right?
There's about 4 different ones you could use. The one on my thumbnail would be your best bet.

Yes. Just use a small Phillips screwdriver

@@TheTransplantTexan yes. I guess I should do that video soon. Lol. Can only do the change with shut off valves. You shut the valves off on either side of the heat tube and unscrew the 2 heater unions about halfway so the water and pressure comes out. Then you can undo the pressure switch without it spraying water on the board. I'm going to do that video tonight. Will help you understand it better. I hope. Lol
My jets are weak. Filter is clean, and jets are individually opened to their highest setting and the water is coming out very weak. Is there a pressure switch to make the pumps put out stronger pressure?
Check out our other videos on hot tub flow problems. You might have a knife valve that shut or broke. If you can, look on the bottom where the filter goes and see if the "flap" broke off.
