I have 2002 750 and when I pull clutch lever in there is a knock but when released or in gear or neutral its good . Only when lever is pulled in . What would this be ?
Same, as if the chain would hit something. I know that the 750 has shaft drive, but I think the issue is with the clutch plates. I'm planning on changing my springs and my plates aswell. Not that expensive, it'll work as new.
ringhunter 100 I picked mine up from Freedom Powersports in McDonough GA it's a local shop but they have been able to get me most parts even for my 82 CB750 and 78 CB400TII
You messed up your last clutch friction disk is suppose to be offset as a safety to stop metal from a failure coming out is designed to keep it contained in the clutch basket look in your video you see the short slot in the basket that is where last friction disk goes you lined them all up and that is wrong.
Thanks for the feedback. The bike Unfortunately only survived another 40k miles because in an accident. I am still on a Honda so your information may be a helpful reminder for the next repair
@@ikica2766 I didn't have any issues putting 30k miles on it before the crash in the video. If it was placed off I believe I got it corrected prior to buttoning everything up. It should be the same size but I no longer have the bike to check for you
Thanks helped me a shit load fuck the Honda shop $700 for that 13 min tutorial thanks again man
