Great to have you back mate! I agree, De Norre was my man of the match too. He was everywhere. Pressing, making interceptions and his passing at times was superb 👌🏼
If some of these teams could get the same mentality and play with the same intensity as we do they would be untouchable. But it’s our strength and when it goes missing it’s obvious. Today we were just outstanding and that’s what we need to do to compete at the moment. Playing for each other is what makes us tick. And long may it continue. COYL
Furthering on what you said about Ryan Wintle, from what I understand he was completely frozen out at Cardiff, he wasn't even getting in the matchday squad so just being involved as limited as it is I'd imagine he is happy
De Norre was Excellent. Azeez was a threat throughout; I feel many fans expected too much too soon. Wintle is a mystery to me. Tanganga perhaps a victim of being too good at this level it seems so I wonder if he will ever get a MOM! Anyone else spot Saville scooping up the white paint marker at a free kick and slinging it forward a yard or two?😂
That was more than ok. Really good summary. You deserve and will get far more Subsin time if there's any justice. Leonard and Honeyman were really good, Harris singled out Joe Bryan, Tanganga was some fabs' MOTM while others went for De Norre and Cooper was Millwall's and Azeez was Skybets which shows how well so many played and Emakhu, Whatmore, Ivan and Coburn all on the bench signals a promising and attacking future. We MUST discover someone with a 10% chance of scoring from free kicks though.
Best Poppy salesman the club has ever seen 👀 good to see you yesterday Chris! I’m glad most have picked up on the fact Esse is not a LM/LW, wrong decision for me to play him there and needs to be looked at moving forward but if we’re winning games who are we to judge!
Can't remember who we were playing but Esse played really well on the left linking up with Bryan I think it was a case of him trying a little too hard to put his stamp on the game yesterday
I believe lvanovic could end up being massive for the Lions, his first goal against Derby was a bit of a solo goal which showed he could run with the ball and had the composure to round the keeper at the end. I could be wrong but l would definitely like to see more of the man playing to see wether or not it was a one off, l certainly hope that it wasn't. COYL 🦁 🦁 🦁 🦁

Nice to say hello today. You called it right with a 1-0 win. I'm glad to say. Agree with a lot of your observations,. Think Bryan has some qualities especially going forward plus crosses and long throws. Though he exposes us through not so good defending. Personally I ddn't see what you saw in DeNorre. Agree with you on Esseand and Langstaff. Thought we bossed them the 2nd half, yes we had a few moments to worry about, but overall a good performance.
De Norre was exceptional. I have just watched the game back and he played even better than I first thought. Broke up play numerous times, always composed in possession. Absolutely different class.
Swansea was similar, nicking the win makes it feel different. I’m happy with that anyway, don’t lose away first & foremost, and try to win your home games. You pull that off and you’ll have a good season.
@@DanielWynn-v7b We seem to be finding a good balance between attacking without being gung-ho, and defending without inviting pressure⚽ Now let's turn Leeds over Wednesday : )

THANK YOU PETER!!

Best performance of the season .. sir Neil …. People still think he’s not the man to take us forward 😂
Buzzing!
happy days
Great win. Surprised/disappointed that Esse wasn’t given some time on the right.
It’s a team game. Azeez was doing well.
Agreed , but thought it was worth swopping for a short while to see if Esse could capture some of his recent good form
Squad Rotation
Great review as always Chris, and good to see you out selling Poppies giving people what they want - the queue for selfies was around the block
Excellent summing up, spot on.

Appreciate this mate!
De Norre was the best player on the pitch for me.

14,000 plus and I thought Burnley had a poor crowd for a big club in their league position
All go missing after relegation don’t they. If it was Sunday 4pm at Arsenal or Chelsea or spurs or West Ham, Palace, they’d have no issue selling out.

Nice to meet you Tim :)
Bryan suspended for Wednesday, have a feeling he might start with ivanovjch hence him not coming on today.
Hope so.
U15 on Sunday's with my boy
Hopefully we're losing the 'happy to draw' mentality. Only once this season have we looked like we played for the draw (W Brom)
