@@immanuelj8952 not just the f35. most US fighters are being upgraded with helmet mounted sights. but it's a clip on to the front of the pilot's helmet. this one doesn't have it.

Probably the most impressive F-16 in cockpit display I've ever witnessed! The F-16 will hold its own with any jet in a visual range dogfight for years to come! So Impressive!

In reality it mostly comes down to pilot skill. Most of the fighter jets perform close enough. Only real advantage is if you have thrust vectoring and the other person does not.

Tom Goldenheart how would it feel to be hanging completely upside down doing flips and rolls.this is challenging both mentally and physically not to mention your hundreds of feet in the air

7 rolls in climbing with ceiling in the clouds at 10:25 and permanent vortex from the wings by pulling high G's. Incredible performance, precise control in loops, perfect orientation. Thanks a lot!

Impressive footage. I never saw a pilot fighting back g-forces so hard. The F-16 is truly a beast, but that looked amazing.
I love how the pilots wave as they come by on the high alpha.
The most incredible cockpit footage from an F-16 I've ever seen. He flew an awesome show, pulling G's almost the whole time. You can hear him breathing hard several times throughout the video. It just goes to show you the incredible shape these guys are in and the training they've endured to be able to handle such stress on the body. I think I saw an interview once with a Thunderbird pilot and he said doing maneuvers like this for an hout during one of their shows was equivalent to 12 hrs of manual labor on the ground. Simply incredible.

This is definitely the most aggressive F-16 demo I've ever seen. Such a gut wrenching flight, the crowd was quite fortunate.
That was a pilot who is very stoked about his work and he loves the fans. Fantastic job.
I absolutely love how much he gets into showmanship.....the flight suit,gloves and bad ass visor. Watching him and hearing him breath really points out the strain these heros endure! So awesome! Thanks for the great footage and thank you Sir and your amazing crew for your sacrifice on our behalf. Godspeed
The speed was amazing. I'd say this pilot has the right stuff!
Watching the leading edges pivot down and wings flex on the high-G turns, the pressures and stresses as indicated by constant condensation, and realizing this happens to these planes on a regular basis, gave me an appreciation for the underappreciated materials technology field.
I was thinking the same thing while watching this. The guys that engineered the frame need to be recognized. This pilot pushed that aircraft hard. This kind of stuff makes me proud to be American!!!
That was 18 minutes of my life I'll never get back...and I wouldn't have it any other way! The POV was cool af!

I'm at a loss of words I'll watch these pilots all the time that guy there's best I ever seen. I mean I watch a lot of them guys fly people can say what they want to say about that F-16 but they just goes to show you.

I think this video and pilot view is particularly good because it illustrates how hard the pilot is working through his routine. And this was no 5 min flight.

Nice angle. Slats we’re moving all the time, haha. It works great because of the visor of the helmet reflects what is in front of the aircraft: great stuff.

I prefer helmet cam, but there is no wrong with other views, such as this angle from time to time. Best part is... No. Damn. Music! Thank you!

I was a loadmaster on Herks and we used to do unheard of things and I would do it all, all over again, but watching this F 16 demo I know beyond any doubt that this is the most fun you can have with your clothes on.

This is easily the best airshow video of all time. You can see the control surfaces move in time with the maneuvers.
Did anyone else stand up, applaud loudly and let out a few boisterous "YEAH!!!'s and "WOOOOHOOOO!!!!'s when he touched down?....and when he finally did land, I realized I'd just spent 15 minutes riveted to what was on my screen, and it went by like seconds. That was awesome!!! Thank you for posting, and above all else thank you sir for your service!!!

Since I've saved this in my favorites, I frequently rewatch this. Every time, I think to myself this guy is a true badass. We all want to be ego driven by the term badass, but this guy truly is the American badass! Hands down!!

Just the mental and physical capabilities of this guy blows my mind let alone the physical capabilities of this aircraft ..give a whole new meaning to a 30 min workout !

We had a grasshopper get in our C-130. He got to fly into Afghanistan and back to Oman and he didn’t even give a crap.

we r facing the military threats from China like almost everday so to me being a fighter pilot is never a fun job when you have to engage the enemy frequently

Not so much fun if you're defending your own nation against foreign nation-destroying military threats. I'm from Taiwan too, and that's what we're faced with on a daily basis. Planes are cool, but war ain't cool man.
F-16 is my all time favorite plane. I would love to take a ride in one without all the twisting.

The same could be said for flying the demo...one mistake and your ass is toast. There were several situations there where one wrong control input and he would've been a smoking hole in the ground.
