The average power is probably something like 150W but I think I can do better in future...
You should add some 2mm thick brass wires on those connections.

I really need to make a proper fixture so these don't um, self reflow. I also need some 3000F caps too.

what amperage?
Not sure but probably in the 100s to 1000s amp range. Next step is to measure it.
