I love this bike I like the utilitarian design it’s not covered in that crap plastic it’s got plenty of power now for me I don’t ride fast ,these sports bikes scare the living day lights out of me I don’t have the talent for them but this new Himalayan I can handle that it’s good for the bush roads we have in Australia where I live ,bang for buck yo can’t beat it nothing out there comes close
Looks like a nice all rounder bike!! Maybe to wait the second generation before buying? Any heat from the engine or bad vibrations? Looking forward to see it next year in Europe, should be around 6500€ with tubeless tires...Honda is excellent much way expensive for a 500cc + to buy accessories, better to add more cash for a 650cc. The Voge 525DSX seems to be a good option and also waiting the new cfmoto 450MT...it's so good to have now more options and different price range!! Lovely video and regards from far away Serbia 🇷🇸✌️
No nasty vibrations that I felt during the ride and same for heat. Keep in mind it was a launch ride so is tailored to show off the bikes best bits, plus the scenery was rather distracting at times! Otherwise, yea, it should make for a good affordable all-rounder. We don’t get Voge here in New Zealand so they are an unknown quantity to me. The CFMoto is the real fox in the hen house I suspect.
i am really struggleing between a Honda CB500x or a Himalayan 450. The Honda is about €8850 in the Netherlands and i am really curious about the Himalayan price :) Great video! that looks like ALOT of fun! Cheers

Jammy! Seems like a very nice bike if you don't need as good serious off road as the Honda Rally, but just bad roads, mixed tar and gravel etc. Any idea of NZ price?
@@juicetin942depends upon what sort of off road you do! It’s an adv not a dual sport or enduro. So it’s got a good load capacity but it’s a bit heavy. The official video release sort of tells you where they are marketing it at.
