    If you've watched any other AE youtubes you'll recognise 90% of the content, even the sentences and paragraphs.
    The what can leaders do is up from 3 to 4 bullets - 1-Frame Work/ 2-Acknowledge limits/ 3-Question and now also 4-Embrace the messenger
    Failures has moved on to perhaps match some of the thinking in Cynefin or OBeng's 2x2 of project matrix or the Runner-Repeater-Stranger-Alien continuum and more of the Lean-Start-up ideas as expressed by Ries
    4 is "Don't shoot the messenger" is just too weak - Actually thank them - not quiet but remines me of the Bob Townsend one of keeping the exec whose education was a multi-M$ mistake
    And we have a Failure diagnostic - Was the 'cos from praise worthy Experimentation, Uncertainty, Complexity, Incompetence, In attention, Deliberate and Blameworthy AND then ask How many causes are leaders reacting to and treating as blameworthy in your org?
