Quick tip for maintaining the fluff of the boots. Take a new toothbrush and use that to brush the fur trim! works like a charm so you don't get the clobs or knotting of the fur.
I never realized how sparse snow is in England ! We just got almost a foot in a day where I'm at. No lake effect snow needed!
Also if you ever get cold temps Get a pair of Carhartt bibs ! They are amazing !
One of my loves in life is afternoon tea at the Ritz or the like and knowing the right etiquette just a nice and slow with enjoyable conversation not being rushed . Love Charlie’s roasts

Charlie is amazing in the kitchen and he nailed it when he said he was calm in the kitchen, it is obvious that he enjoys cooking. That is a huge meal and a timing nightmare. Charlie uses my favorite trick to start with a little water in the pan when cooking veggies. Perfectly cooked and then you can brown and season them.
Between the scrumptious looking food and those last shots of Dickie at the end, I can decide which I love best!

I have the BEST homemade garlic bread recipe! I take my artisan bread loaf and use a bread knife to cut almost through. Take softened butter, fresh diced garlic and salt to make a paste. Spread in between all the cut layers, wrap in some foil and bake! Covered for 15 min. and uncovered for another 5 minutes. So delicious!!
I want to hire Charlie for a day because I need to try one of his roasts 😂 I would love to see a video from him about some Sunday roast tips!

Carrots with honey and mustard are lovely but I usually just cut my carrots into half lengthwise (or quarters if they're really big ones) and then roast them with in some oil on a baking tray in the oven and after 10-15 mins add some runny honey and whole grain mustard to them - stir it all about and roast for another 10 mins. Yum! Works rea lly well with Parsnips too - or a combination of them both.
