I have no idea who this person is but thank you so much.. i withdrawn from the basic accounting class 3 times in college because i can't understand the concept of credit and debit.. last year i came across this video .. after watching i decided to start my accounting degree again.. as of today i finished the intermediate accounting 1, 2 and 3... last week i applied for my CPA exam.. and I am 100% sure i can pass it... today i came back to watch it again and honestly cried while watching this video... if u see this comment ... thank you sooo much..

thank u sir, since due to last year covid situation i didnt get to attend online classes and my base was hell, i was literally having nervous breakdown every night how i was supposed to pass 12th board but this is like doobte ko tinke ka sahara hi kafi hota hai thats what happened to me, B O R AA H E !!!!
It took me more than a week to understand basic accounting but you make it simple and fun
My reservation regarding the journal entry for the transaction at serial number 9: I think it is not safe to assume that the building was purchased against a cash payment.
My reason: Since the business capital is only 100,000, and their are no retained earnings of 600,000 yet in the business, as is apparent from preceding transactions, the building could not have been purchased in cash.
I think a more logical assumption in circumstances would be that the purchase was made on credit.
However, this is only a small point. Truly, all the teaching done here by Saheb is crystal clear and very useful❤
