Different people different styles. Everybody doesn’t buy these because they actually need a fully functioning boot for work or some Kim’s of outdoor activity. They buy them for the same reason a woman might buy a high heel boot- they just like how it looks.
I know im late but for the people thinking of buying a pair. Make sure when you do not to wear a new pair of jeans with it because the dye will stick onto the shoes.
Is there also width M available in the US and does it fit to standard men's feet? In Europe only width W available which is somewhat too wide. If you choose a size down they are often too short.
They've ruined the quality - hard leather making the back stiffer. Narrower than they used to be, can't get my foot in them wearing hiking socks. Laces are too short. This winter 2020 I'll be wearing my 2 old pairs from 6 years ago. They're roomy and comfortable. Won't buy them again until they return to traditional quality. They should put the price up if needed. We expect a quality product!!!!
@@nicolegregory9887 No, I don't wear the actual safety boots. Just the classic 6 inch boots that originally launched the company. I won't buy them again cos the quality has disappeared. The boat shoes and stormbuck Oxfords are still good. It's a pity Timberland didn't stay independent, they sold themselves to VF Corp who want company to be on same level as Nike. Ridiculous. They were a type of prestigious brand. Hopefully they'll learn as their boot sales are failing. Anyway, thanks for the comment.
