    Nick - you answered a question I’ve asked drs. for over 8 years that none could answer- why I feel so horrible upon awakening? My brain literally feels like it explodes when I wake up! Leaving me feeling with a flulike hangover I drag with me all day including depression and anxiety. The more meds they tried on me the more complicated my issues became. I’m definitely gonna follow your program. So glad I scrolled and subscribed to your channel. Peace brother.

    What kind of diet would you suggest? Higher in fats? Or lower in fats higher in carbs?

    • @TheNickLoffree
      @TheNickLoffree  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      About even on the 3 macros (fats carbs protein) is ideal for most people I think

    • @TheNickLoffree
      @TheNickLoffree  ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I don’t think carnivore was a thing at the time. I think the big effective things were Chinese herbs, vitamin e, cutting out PUFAs, vigorous Yoga, meditation, Qigong, ayurvedic diet.

    Keto cures Schizophrenia. And by the same vein, so too does Carnivore, since Carnivore is a more extreme Keto.

      I am learning that the ketogenic diet may help with mental instability, research Dr. Chris palmer and Dr. Georgia Ede, they are at the forefront of new studies in this field, with promising results. Please look them up.

    • @TehLiquid
      @TehLiquid 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@o221e3 Yep, Keto definitely helps a tremendous amount, It's already been known in the medical literature for about 100 years at this point that the Ketogenic diet cures epileptic seizures with 100% efficiency, and Epilepsy is like, the most fucked a brain can be, so if Keto can cure that, it can cure every other brain related disfunction, even down to something as simple as OCD or Depression.
      Keto is king. Carnivore is preferred, though.
