and i click on ctl+alt+dlt

Thank you so much man! At first I was in a hurry and I tried only step 3, but then when I tried it again step by step, I realized the step 2 thingy on my laptop, there IS the NoClose thing but it was on “1” not “0”. Then I changed that, and repeated 3rd step and it worked!! 🎉
