What was the Monster PR that's 23k? Name wise, I wanna look it up and see if I can playtest it in Arkhite on CFA relatively soon when I have the time to do so.
I know this is a month late, had to look for it myself. The only promo Monster I found that could hit 23k was Rippling Quake Monster, Eredogrema, though that one requires being on VC and other conditions. In BT10, however, is Hotmelt Monster, Radiabirio that can also hit 23k, so maybe he meant that one?

What about againsts masque in jp or monster strike decks
I think Arkhite is quite far behind the Monster Strike decks (in particular, Ebisu) and the Masque decks.
