As a link joker Only player, i was woried about Angel Gyse at first, but then i confirmed that you can actually use cards like Deluge, Close, Globoladia, cold death etc. to force locks on top of the zeroth dragons and you left gyze alone as a big ass vainilla. i won every match against it at my local BCS
Also, Guarding 2 or more cards at the same time skills (The likes of Crystaluster dragon, etc) eats Gyze for breakfast. I actually beat a Gyze player using Sanctuary Guard Dragon V plus Crystal luster combo with Augustus as back row rear guards for Grade 1 for boosting after SGD V cost
so funny too because 8 months ago if you said gyze was actually good you got told you were ass even when you see there are clear games the deck can take
@@rongill1234 that happened when i finally finished building it. Got told it wasn't great then after i learned it I couldn't see why its wasn't one of the best.
Always wanted to try Gavrail Gyze but Gyze supports are too expensive so had to rely on pure V-Series beatdown Gavrail during BSF Myanmar. Now seeing this vid makes me want to try this. Thanks for the vid.
As a Victor player, how is it favoured in the matchup? I can get around 1 honoli with no issues but checking lots of defensives makes it harder to get through the hand size
I feel like im misunderstanding something. You run a single v starter for Gredora, but if thats your starter how does Neon work? Doesnt he need to be your starter, so if he isnt youre just a normal angel player? Also i thought once you had a set starter thats it but i guess not
@@AbyssGaleGM but they are dead no? Unless they take from 1 to 6 then they survive on Megaloma. But it is not about the Gyze turn in that scenario because it is about what you do in the previous turns leading up to that. I.e. how much damage you end up sitting on, how early you guard, how much hand you have, etc.

I remember when people doubted gyze, love seeing it get the respect it deserves.

Can you explain what a correctly piloted Victor deck would look like in this matchup?
So generic ot, stoichea ot can flip 2 also??? Today is the day i learnt this
means we play against each other someday??

the set up rules have you select a g0 from deck to use as a starter, so your starter can change in between tournament rounds
you aren't playing gyze anymore just regular angel feather. you basically stalling but your triggers actually matter for defense and offense
You don’t play for Gyze. You play a normal Angel Feather Deck.
what if the neo player uses Megaloma?
They still take 4 more damage after taking the 6th damage.
@TheDerickDao yes but now the turn ends and they have 4(or5) counterblast to use on a Katrina turn

Ah the Bye card, i wonder what happens if every player or 90%+ have a bye card or the bye card doesn't exist. Does this deck lose viability?
It doesn’t as long as you win Round 1.
Is this deck good in spite of Gredora in the Meta or is it good because of Gredora in the meta
The deck performs fine with Gredora in the meta given you are playing in the winner’s bracket as explained in the video.
Cheers. I see it now. I remember when people used to play the G0 Forerunner Heals to swap out for a normal game when playing against Diablo
