We started up our 1st Annual BBQ and Blues Tour and came down to Austin this year from Red Wing, MN as our first stop. We stayed at the Fairmount and Terry Black's was our first BBQ stop. You guys killed it. That was the best BBQ overall on our trip. We went also to Stubb's, Louie Mueller's, and Salt Lick in Driftwood. Loved all of them but we decided the #1 spot was Terry Black's. Franklin's was out of brisket each day and they were curbside only so we decided not to go there. Frankly, we thought we'd hit 7 or 8 places over our 4 day trip but you guys down there gave us so much food we only went to 4. Austin is a great city and we will definitely be back. And we will definitely be back to Terry Black's. Also, I wanted to learn more about BBQ and smoked food and your pit guy was very informative. I have Pit Barrel Cooker and using the information from your guy my ribs came out the best I've ever done so thanks for that too.
that was a mistake i made not opening my own business after helping out family enterprise...glad to see bros on their own and doing well with BBQ ! cant wait to order some !
The beef rib is def a star menu item, no doubt, but I was impressed with how much better Terry Blacks SIDES were! The mac n cheese is the best I’ve had and it reheats very well.
