Why is the rent being divided equally when her flatmate has a significantly larger room with an attached balcony and an attached bathroom along with having three cats. The rent should be split 25k and 20k, her flatmate is giving her the raw end of the deal!

30-40k per job with 3-5 jobs a month is a good balance if sustained from month to month.. else it's recommended to add auxiliary skillsets e.g. digital marketing, event planning, tutoring for modelling career etc...
