Moneycontrol don’t loose this Anchor. He makes tenant Series worth watching.
Just 40K for a 4BHK, that’s a wet dream for every tenant in Bombay 😆.
Owns 3 houses😮, 2 in gurgaon and 1 in delhi, yet staying on rent........pakka broker hai....
Need more such Gurgaon episodes please.
Caught depression looking at the lighting of such a big house. Understandable if it's small house, but big sqft looks claustrophobic, dk if it's the lighting or the architecture
House feels claustrophobic despite big size.
It’s due to lack of natural light
The house has such less light...very dull
Times and people have changed so much. In our times, in Namma Bengaluru, we eight people used to stay in 1 bhk house. Here, 2.05 people want 4 BHK as standard!!. Money hai to mumkin hai😁
4 bhk for 40k💀
Here even in a place like borivali in a good area, the rent is 38k for 2 bhk 700 sqft.
borivali isnt considered good by those outside mumbai
Yeahh...and 700 sqft is considered very spacious 😄
new Gurgaon is as expensive , this is old gurgaon
Looking at the rents for such big houses, I feel sry for people living in Mumbai😢 incl myself 😔
I shifted from Gurgaon to Mumbai last month and I can completely relate 😢
@@himanii85 I think women's safety will compensate for the house size.
@@outbackandaboutNCR is as safe as other cities in India just all the national media house are present in Noida so each and every crime gets reported whereas other areas get ignored.

Wow did not know that Gurgoan is still so affordable...
Some areas in old gurgaon are affordable but central gurgaon and especially posh dlf areas like DLF PHASE 1,DLF PHASE 2, Sushant Lok 1 are at par with Mumbai in terms of rent
Good to see different cities featured.
Lighting is horrible. Also curtains closed stop light coming into house
Major respect for the broker.
40k is literally nothing for this house. They have got an excellent deal. I’m pretty sure they’d not want to increase the rent for the next 5 years.
Hi , I have seen all the Espisodes of this series and i am a software engineer residing in Gurgaon since 10 years . Have also keen interest in real estate . Want to feature on this show as I feel I can also add value. Please let me know the process. Thanks in advance
Evverything looked great, thanks for compiling everything. Fun quick quip though - the guy at the last says that because of four factors counted by Vivek, he wants to buy a house of his own. So, I giggled which one of the four he actualy is, for which he needs own house? ;)
Nice episode
My house is in GGN 63 Dhoot time residency ...my rent 45k for 3bhk with Servant
Sir please do videos in HYD also
Wahhh nice gurgaon ❤
Please cover Hyderabad also.
Mumbai to Bangalore and Bangalore to gurgaon
What is the name of this complex.
I just loved the show....watch 10-15 videos single ho ,onces I discovered yes I am free that much
My neck started to hurt looking at him...
Hi, I have to make a real estate investment for the purpose of rental yield & overall appreciation. Which area should I explore ? Should I invest in Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore or any other place ? Would appreciate your responses.
None but you can invest in Navi Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad and Noida
Brokers inreal estate industry must be regulated wirh laws, education and certifications....brokers sell anything and more importantly have little or no credibility. They r the biggest culprits in trapping innocent buyers. Their only interest is to make a sale and dont really care about the buyer
Which society is this?
Rent in my society for a 2bhk is 50k 😅 in Hoodi Bengaluru.
Parde band rakhne ki wajah se bahut claustrophobic lag raha hai
Sorry this complex looks so old. Even my 30 year old apartment complex looks so much better. Poor maintenance.
Looks like jalvayu towers or devender vihar sec 56
Havent mentioned the sector and society

Excellent house in 40 K ,that's what I love about delhi NCR ,affordable rents for such good properties, kyu mumbai walo jali na??😂😂
What is the society and which sector, moneycontrol?
Damn that’s cheaper than even Bangalore, not even mentioning Mumbai 😅
It is cheap since it is an AWHO Society and not a private builder society
Covered budget size Appartment in gurgaon. But in Bengaluru they covered Houses costing monthly rent of 3-4 lac( hardly 100 ppl in India, who would go for it)
rent is ok but flat is not too relaxing
its Gurugram
What is the rent of same apartment in Mumbai or banglore
For Mumbai, it would be easily 1L+ per month, for Bengaluru it will be 80k+
Depends on the area and builder in Bengaluru. You can get it for a similar price.
@@ankitshresth8573 in gurgaon also the rent will be 80k+…the locality where this person is staying is not that posh and the apartment is very very old
In Mumbai it would be 1.5-2 lakh
This is very decent rent, i am surprised one can get 4bhk in 40k, in main city.
Sector 49 is not a posh locality
@@Sharmajikabeta_-.U2 it might not be posh, but well connected to all civic and social amenities. It is good option for tenets. Societies in neighboring sector ask for 1 lakh plus rent pm.

INTERESTING HOW DO YOU DO THAT?
After I came across investment platform of Mrs Dorothy Wallace my financial life has totally changed. I'm not bothered about the market fluctuations.
Mrs Dorothy is the best expert trader I have seen on a certified broker, I've invested with her for years. Profits are secured and over a 100 percent return on investment. Everyone she processes his or her trade is so lucky, all you have to do is believe in her and follow her guidance. Then sip your drink and relax.

Vishal try covering areas like Sushant Lok, and properties on Golf Course Road. sector 49 is a village almost... funny this tenant thinks Sector 49 is the heart of the city... he's so ignorant...
Coming up soon.
True DLF PHASES 1,2 is the heart of Gurugram
@@Sharmajikabeta_-.U2 phase 4 n sushant lok to be precise
@@karanmalhotra97 but still dlf 1 and 2 are the most posh localities in Gurgaon and closest to New Delhi and expensive af ..even phase 4..only sl1 is good ..sl2 is okay okay and sl3 is not good

Hi Vishal Please screen couples and their homes via video calls before showing them in this beautiful series. We want only delightful couples and homes in this series.
Terrible kitchen!
View from the balcony looked claustrophobic compared to what we saw at the Prestige project in Bangalore. There you saw nice landscaping and here you see right into the neighbours house.
Such a frustrated couple
