      This is the most beautiful apartment. I love the way he goes about his job. But the truth is; without making good investments, no one can ascertain the kind of money required to own such properties. I am retiring next yr at 55 with 3 houses paid off worth 40.5 million. I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investments.

    all these houses with tiny bedrooms for millions of dollars, make no sense to me. anything north of 1 mil needs to have every bedroom be as grand as the master imo.

    I love looking at these properties however it’s way above my price point so I’m going to have to unsubscribe because looking at these will not help me in my search for a new home 🏠 🤷

    These days you negotiating the price down so you can add a pool and other things to justify the current asking price.... seems I am no longer in the good old days of a pool with a pool house came with it for that price point... Well, that is what negotiations are for... Get the price to 2.8Ms and then add the pool and furniture and so on ... like solar ... curtains/blind, water filtration/soft-water system... battery backup systems... smart home tech that is controlled by you not some third party spying company... yet, still have security connected to call the cops in case of emergency... rain gutters.... and heated salt water pool with all the landscaping and upgrades to the outdoor kitchen ... Also, if not an HOA or an A hole HOA you can add a mini home on the property for relatives to stay at when visiting or renting it out... at that new price point you will have about 500K - 600K after some fees/cost are paid off.....NICE... perfect one story for me since climbing stairs became a challenge with my feet breaking all the time.... LOL
