Did I miss a pool? Backyard retreat? It felt like several ‘boxes just attached together! First impressions? Resembled several public buildings, such as a library. Upon entering this $4M home, it felt as though I had entered some sort of modern office type building, not an home. Maybe it’s my Californian lifestyle filter that’s keeping me from that warm, fuzzy, comfortable home feeling!
Love the high ceilings and hardwood floors, though I’d prefer the hardwoods laid the other way! In so doing, the invitation is for those entering the residence to slow down, exhale and relax a bit, similar to entering the ocean from the warm sandy beach! Again, probably that West Coast beach influence!
A Nashville Native, and these homes are built only 2 feet apart other homes. And built cheap. Hopefully these new homes can survive the Tornadoes and straight line winds that rip through Nashville during Tornado Season. Also, they are building the homes so close to each other the rain water does not drain off the yards, and cause flooding. Flooding is a common occurrence in Nashville. Before, you buy a Home in Metro Nashville Davidson County, check to see if the home is built in a flood zone. Always buy Flood insurance if you buy a home in Nashville.

RIght? I find it so offputting that you have this goregous house with huge windows and all you can look at is the house next door. They are just trying to maximize profits..
The bedrooms are small, especially the primary bedroom. In California, the bedrooms are almost a suite and the primary is a suite with a sitting area. As well as outdoor access. On Woodmont Boulevard, they more than likely demolished a home from the 1930s or 1940's for new construction.
Why so expensive, the house is nice but nothing special, and I agree with the comment about the proximity of the neighbors. Just curious what raised the price to $4M, I think even if I have plenty of spare money the most I would pay for this house is $1.5-$2M tops!

Very nice job on the the video. Bravo! That being said, unless you’re dying to live there, its not even worth it. The finishes are extremely low end, the build is subpar, and the materials are the cheapest. Even the layout is silly with several grand areas juxtaposed with teeny tiny powder rooms and almost no closet spaces. The worst part is the zero privacy, as your house is jam packed in a small lot, leaving you with almost no backyard and not even space for a semi-decent pool size. Again, nice job on the video, but this flimsy prefab house is just not worth it.

Beautiful home with immaculate finishes. Love the space for a family with options for everyone to have their private space. I’d plant hedges or trees to block the view of the neighbors.

Builders, read the comment section. Customers are saying this build is not high end or in the luxury category. This is slightly above average. However this is priced correct for the market/ location.

Very nice layout, I love the butlers pantry and the large storage pantry. I would have loved to see built in bookcases in the front office. I love the two master suites on the first floor. The house is enormous. The yard is underwhelming however, I’d like a pool and an outdoor living space with a fire pit. Overall I think $4million is a little high for this home given the lot size.

You should start showcasing your videos at night, with intros transitioning from daytime to night time so viewers can see what the house will look like at night with the ambient lighting. 🎉🎉 keep them coming…. Also, when cameras approach windows have them look down, so that viewers can see the view from above.

Great showing, thank you for posting. Ya had me until ya got to the master bedroom.....At such a high price point and with 8k+ sq/ft to work with, the master bedroom is underwhelming. I would expect something a bit more expansive which could be accomplished with a simple sitting area.

Think this house is beautiful obviously everyone has preferences but I do like being close to neighbours, I’m not a big fan of big yards and value parking space more. The interior space is gorgeous!!! Big enough for plenty of room but not difficult to fill 👌🏽❤️

A $4million Duplex.
We love our his and hers separate bathrooms and closets in our home in Scottsdale Arizona. WHY do builders of modern homes like this never give this a consideration? Women like their privacy! I am impressed with the huge butler's pantry off the kitchen, but prefer to NOT have the living room and kitchen in the same room. I also like the office area near the front entrance for people who work at home who need a quiet private room. I do NOT like glass doors at the entrance as it poses a security risk and lack of privacy from someone coming to the front door. A solid wood door at the entrance is smarter.

Why am I looking into someone else's house? Why are there so many entertainment rooms on the top floor. Why is the Half bath on the top floor? No No No.

Have loved all the other homes on your channel thus far. This one, lacks the luster for me for 4M? No real WOW factor (outdoor pool, indoor finishes (tile, backsplash etc) living space) and have to say I was a bit disappointed for the price point.

I’m sorry this house is not worth that amount. Also, you don’t have any privacy from your next door neighbors. When your neighbors can look directly through your house and your backyard. There is no gorgeous view of mountains, valleys, ocean, lakes, beaches,nature, or etc? Where is the privacy, just saying? It’s a cute house.

I live in Los Angeles,California. For 4 Million dollars I can see mountains,valley’s, oceans, lakes, and mountains, and still have privacy from my neighbors. If I’m gonna pay $4 million for a home I will have a view and privacy, just saying.
It's not just views and privacy. It's just seems to be an ok build. Like a 200k home just made larger or a jr builder trying to break into the big league. It's just ok.
