    Hi guys my flat is in tower-22 but abhi tak flat nahi diya inhone. I don't know december se book karaya tha bol rahe hai ki supreme court ke taraf se delyy hai bba nahi aya. Can anyone help what is the actual reason for delaying.

      Yes, if all of your payments have been completed then they will do the pending work within 3-4 months.

      ⁠​⁠@@sachin.shekharAll amount has been paid. Bas possession ke time ka baccha hai but don’t-know kab complete krke denge. Some are saying phase 4 will be completed by the end of 2024 to 2025

      @@utkarsh283 mere relative ne 2 and half month pehle full payment kara tha aur shayad ye next month mein hand over kar denge, baki interior mere relative apne hisab se karayebge.

      SSB Group ka toh nahi pata lakin abb ye safe hai kyunki jo Amrapali ke under jitne bhi towers the use government(NBCC) ne apne under kar liya tha development ke liya.

      Around 4500 - 5000 per square feet and rate vary from sizes.

      Yes it is a safe property because many families are already living since 2015-16 only few towers were pending due to Amrapali dispute.
