yes, and another squad to get the mandatory 1 Lt+2 infantry squads..Or just add the squad into your first army, as you can take an extra 3-5 squads more

five man ostruppen squads man, them and a reg 2nd lt comes to about a 90 point platoon. that leaves a plenty of points for tanks.

according to Warlord, yes. Version 2 is supposed to be compatible with all current books, except for Germany, they will get a new book.
