This is a common characteristic feature of airports which surface from time to time. In such groups, educated individuals are also present - but still why does the yelling and shouting happens? Which obviously leads to another wonderful question - Now how education plays a role? Had education been the sole responsible factor, then all educated men and women in the world would behave and react in the same manner - does it happen practically on ground? No. Why? So on the corollary - do all yelling and shouting men and women in such airport conflicts are uneducated? This leads to another wonderful question - we all claim that India is becoming more and more literate and literacy levels are high. But the events at the airport seem to narrate a different story.
The Guy in specs is Top notch in interacting with the Airline and Airport Authority, precise and on Point , no bullshit talk . The correct way to handle the situation hitting with those who found guilty WRT their behaviour with the passangers . Big shoutout to you 🙌

Just know what ur rights are, and also have some knowledge about how airport and airline works , and then you won't need him , in all situations you will know what u r supposed to get and when u r supposed to get , that's the only way
CISF won't make a move untill passanger try to physically assault the staff or abuse them, I mean it's also fair that employees should not be abused because of higher authorities fault, and physical harm is never an option

Harassment by customs official is also a problem a ahmedabad airport and outside the airport by local police to stop the car and check the bags which is not their jurisdiction as the bags are already checked by customs.
Am sure this Man who stood for all these people ,the way he has handled the situation ...I request Government to hire him a Negotiator in case of emergency situations...
When you are managing angry customers, your job is to either solve the problem or get someone who can. Arjun did that here. Some airline workers won’t do that.

Good job recording the whole thing and taking a firm stand against all of them. Sadly this is an everyday situation at ahmedabad airport and not all flights have a strong passenger like you who can speak up, therefore all the passengers just quietly suffer. Specially passengers traveling on these shitty low cost carriers like arabia from ahmedabad are usually lower/middle class, less educated people who would never speak up. I travel to from this airport every year, and trust me there has been zero improvement in recent years despite so many international flights on daily basis. All ground handling staff have a typical gujju teenager chill attitude(Im a gujju too) and no professionalism at all as reflected in your video how they lie, laugh and mock the elders. They just respond all your questions with a classic 'Khabar nai'.
