As I understand that this whole argument is all about the seat which should be upright during takeoff and landing. Because in case of any emergency the passenger sitting at the back may get hurt because of the reclined seat. It's the duty of the crew to ensure the safety of all the passengers onboard. The crew may be rude or not I don't know but as a passenger it's my duty to upright the seat during landing rather than waiting for the crew to tell me to upright it. And people should learn to respect the cabin crew as well as the pilots because they are the only saviour if anything happens at 35000 ft. Everything in aviation happens for a reason. As a frequent flyer I respect each and every airline staff.

I was traveling by indigo for the first time recently. It was my first flight. Air hostess told me to make the seat upright. As it was my first time, i didn't how to do it. She was telling in rude and arrogant way. Surely not worthy of respect.
Why should we respect? Brother u will get to know when there will be an in-flight emergency. One day I even got scolded by a crew member because I was talking on the phone just before takeoff. And I accept my fault rather than calling her rude. As a frequent flyer I never had any complaints against any airline staff but yes, I had a lot of complaints against a lot of passengers who created issues upon small things like coffee is too strong and why there is so less legroom etc. And the most common allegation is being rude because they are telling you to do something which is obviously for safety reasons but you don't want to do. People need to understand that just four crew members are looking upon 180 passengers. They need to secure the cabin as soon as possible for landing so they might sound rude to some passengers because they are on a very high workload. And dealing with Indian passengers is not an easy task 😂.
Let me clear some air on this. As passengers whether traveling for the 1st time or 1000th time, work of the Cabin Crew is to be patient, courteous, compassionate and most importantly helpful, that's what they are getting paid around Rs 40-50k per month for this. If it was *only* to tell safety instructions, the airline would hire just 1 or 2 security guards to do that & not cabin crew. Most passengers get offended because Cabin Crew's behaviour isn't the way it should be, it is either rude, un-helpful or didn't do their duty in the first place. Ofcourse a passenger will get angry if the bare minimum thing is not taken care of like the coffee is bad, unnecessary delay in providing water/meal when other's got, poor space management of over head space, getting neglected after paying Rs 7-15k per flight is not at all acceptable. We are not beggars after paying this much amount to beg for basic stuff, if a pax is made felt that way, that's when one gets irritated. I have been traveling for almost 15 years now, honestly most passengers are extremely tolerant towards Cabin/Ground staff even after grave mistakes from them. Ofcourse not denying some pax does talk rudely in 1st place, but that doesn't happen that often and most of the time the crew takes care of the situation quite well ( thanks to their extensive training). But trust me, the Airline & Crew make the biggest blunders, mistakes in total than the passengers they carry.

Its always the crew that gets blamed....she is just doing her job...incase the passenger wld have hurt themself, the crew wld have been blamed in that case as well.
Let me clear this, first of all Cabin Crew's are specially trained on "how to handle a pax when they refuse to follow safety instructions". This guy was on psychiatric medication. Cabin Crew's are extensively trained for months to identify certain behaviours of pax and control the situation. A passenger outrightly rejecting safety instructions are never treated normally but with a different approach as they could be suffering from depression, be on certain medication, or at max 1st time traveler. Which the crew failed miserably to do. The crew is supposed to handle such situations differently and not constantly irritate the pax even more by simply repeating the instructions in the name of doing duty even after knowing pax got irritated in the first place. Forget the Court, after incident Airline itself must have done an inquiry on the cabin crew. In my experience of travelling 15+ years, I have seen Cabin Crew handling such situations so meticulously that even the most aggressive passenger gets calmed down within seconds. You must have seen how Cabin Crew changes their tone/voice while handling a pax with infant, senior citizen, autism etc. That's what good training, experience and easy adaptability means.
Which language did the Indigo female cabin crew spoke to the passenger? Hindi or English. Sometimes the noise of the aircraft in the cabin makes the passenger dizzy and sleepy and tired. Why was she showing so much attitude towards a passenger travelling with him women and children who were sick? WHY DOES INDIGO HIRE ONLY FEMLAE CABIN CREW AND NO MALE CABIN CREW? THIS IS BIASED AGAINST MEN. THIS SEXIEST POLICY SHOULD BE CHANGED BY INDIGO.

While landing air hostess was telling him to secure him self he was not listening. She even told her you have baby with you please secure yourself he was not listening. She pleased him 3 4 time he didn't listen and was arguing who are you, is it your plane, why you ordering me and even abused her.
I was passenger from same plane and i saw this live. Air hostess was just doing her job. He was the one who was not listening.
She was telling him to secure while landing nothing else. But he was the one who abused her. She was telling him for his safety only. But the guy was not following the protocol.
Its always the crew that gets blamed....she is just doing her job...incase the passenger wld have hurt themself, the crew wld have been blamed in that case as well.
Let me clear this, first of all Cabin Crew's are specially trained on "how to handle a pax when they refuse to follow safety instructions". This guy was on psychiatric medication. Cabin Crew's are extensively trained for months to identify certain behaviours of pax and control the situation. A passenger outrightly rejecting safety instructions are never treated normally but with a different approach as they could be suffering from depression, be on certain medication, or at max 1st time traveler. Which the crew failed miserably to do. The crew is supposed to handle such situations differently and not constantly irritate the pax even more by simply repeating the instructions in the name of doing duty even after knowing pax got irritated in the first place. Forget the Court, after incident Airline itself must have done an inquiry on the cabin crew. In my experience of travelling 15+ years, I have seen Cabin Crew handling such situations so meticulously that even the most aggressive passenger gets calmed down within seconds. You must have seen how Cabin Crew changes their tone/voice while handling a pax with infant, senior citizen, autism etc. That's what good training, experience and easy adaptability means.
Which language did the Indigo female cabin crew spoke to the passenger?
Hindi or English. Sometimes the noise of the aircraft in the cabin makes the passenger dizzy and sleepy and tired.
Why was she showing so much attitude towards a passenger travelling with him women and children who were sick?
