what about a slightly wide QRS heart ryth(via Kardia mobileapp.) ? normal sinus rhythm(regular P waves) with wide QRS, good BP. good O2 saturation heart rate of 70 bpm...always 110/70 pressure. 59 year old male (former experienced Emergency medical tech.)
At 1:18 you describe HYPERKALEMIA as a cause of tachyarrhythmia. However, my understanding is that HYPOKALEMIA is the real culprit. The ST segment should be able to distinguish the difference. Obviously, the treatment regimen should be appropriate to the cause.
