The crafting back is an addictive drug man , feels good tho.
This game is sooo good with ESO+. Not even the extra exp, for me the bank space and crafting bag is more than enough. 1650 crowns if def a plus!

The Craft bag...and the crowns! Worth it!! I can’t wait to resubscribe so I can get more crowns and buy a banker assistant. I currently have the Merchant. The assistants are great for running dungeons back to back without needing to return to a city to relieve your bag of some inventory.
There's already enough aesthetic stuff accessible in the base game. And me personally, I like being limited to how much I can carry. That's how it was in Skyrim. It keeps you from hoarding useless stuff you don't need. The access to the dlc is nice, but I'd rather progressively buy them over time and never have to pay again. Double XP is nice, but again you get those as you level up and achieve things. It feels like cheating and being unwilling to wait for game content you can afford. However I do see the appeal. I'm buying the elsweyr collector's edition as soon as the Xbox service is back up. It's available for 20 bucks for two more days. I was playing during free play week this week and was already having a ton of fun even though there were a lot of places I couldn't go.

Think of it like Xbox game pass. You're paying 14$ a month for games that cost collectively hundreds of dollars. It's a rental.

In my country Plus Membership (monthly) costs $2,50 usd on Steam, same as 750 crowns pack (which plus gives you 1650 and obviously a lot of things) so I think it's super recommended at least for me. Nice video

My crafter is my favorite character. It is not possible to become a high lvl crafter without the crafting bag and it is only available with the monthly subscription.

Note : 14.99 a month ( 30 days) is the US price. In Canada it's 17.99. So prices will vary (slightly) depending on where you live.

Started playing 2 1/2 months ago, upgraded to plus 3 Weeks ago & its entirely new game. You miss so much space in Bank for making money/testing out new sets and the crafting without the bag is nearly not possible. Def worth the description if you enjoy the game
I mean, I got my blacksmithing, woodworking and clothing to 50 without it. You just need to upgrade your bank space a lot, since materials get used from your bank

If you use your crowns to get player housing, do you still get to keep your house if you drop your membership when it runs out?
5:51 its not like that anymore. you still can have it in your bank for later purchases of membership. you just cant use that item (speaking of runescape3, no idea how it works in oldschool)
I play ESO in bursts. Since launch. I play a few months, take a break for awhile. Play a couple months etc. Since I dont know, 2017 when I play, I use ESO Plus. The convenience is what I am paying for.
When it runs out, does it automatically take money from my account or does it just stop and i need to refresh it?
It's the fact that it's a subscription in a already priced game.
I also play other games instead of just playing ESO.
Only pay for ESO plus if you plan to consistently play the game, you can live without it if you don't.
At the same time you can pay for plus whenever you plan on playing it for a while, but then you're paying $14.99 instead of the lower prices...

If you have enough money or play it enough to get value out of Plus than more power to you, but financially a large subscription like that is to much.

I don't like how the craft bag is locked with eso plus. I think they should find ways to incentivise players to buy eso plus. But with this it feels like they are punishing player who don't have it by making their gameplay much more tedious and time consuming. It feels like i can only play a small portion of it at a time. But with the craft bag, i can gather everything i need, in order to play, and level everything how i want.
What if my character is in a DLC zone when my Subscription ends? Am I still able to freely explore until I leave? Will I be unable to play my character? Or will I just be warped to a base game zone? Also does the free trial last a whole month like a regular paid subscription?

You will be send to the capital zone of your alliance which is in base game. Free trial usually last 1 week
Friends and I just started back up the other day (PS4) and we all immediately bought the Elsweyr standard edition then signed up for ESO+. Something I noticed, however, after checking the store there were a number of DLCs not showing as purchased (Dark Brotherhood, Thieves Guild, the several newer DLCs that came out after Elsweyr launched, etc.) These show I can buy them for crowns. I was under the impression that ESO+ got you ALL dlc (not Chapters till the next chapter launches). Kinda confused a bit here. Halp!
They do give you access to the dlc, yes. They're still available in the crown store to "purchase" if you want access when you're not subbed

ok so i have one more question, if i unlock chapters and cosmetics using eso plus, will i get to keep them after my membership expires, like for example the morrowind chapter
Everything you unlock with crowns in the crownstore you can keep
It's all about the bag space/crafting bag. Everything else is nice, and i appreciate it, but carry capacity is what did it for me. I horde, and im proud of it!!!

if you buy eso+ you get crowns that you can sell"by gifting someone what he wants for certain amount of gold" thus making you money without playing/farming and get the top gear without spending significant effort.. however, these items are not locked behind a pay wall so i would say it is pay to advance faster.
So, if one wanted go to the (Free to play) version, how would i be able to switch to that? Is it something one can do through the game menu?
You cancel ESO plus via their website. The game isn't different if you have ESO plus or dont, you just don't have access to certain features
I've recently started playing this game. I bought the complete collectors edition (around £65) is it worth my while getting eso plus?
First, I agree: ESO+ is worth it for the craft bag alone. That said, I absolutely disagree with the statement ZoS' pricing is good. It's not good. It's price gouging.
$50 for an imaginary style book is atrocious. Forcing people to gamble for the things they want is borderline illegal (and will be, thanks to new legislation being written up). $.50 per skyshard to level alts is insane and the ridiculous model behind skill line purchases is not only insulting, it's dishonest and unethical.
This ridiculous notion "we're supporting the game" needs to die a horrible death. If people actively want to help support the game, the subscription should be the only thing that's needed.
I'm not against other items being listed for sale, but to insult the player base for $50 fake books proves this game is about whales, not content.
No one is forcing anyone to buy, clearly, but as long as the whales keep ruining this game, the worse it's going to get.
How many years did all of us ask for an in-game way to level up our alts with gold? Instead, ZoS adds this into the store for $50. EACH SKILL LINE!

I use to he a huge SWTOR person bc I'm a die hard fan of Star Wars but I realized that the only benefit you get from a sub on there is the expansions is free and you get 500 cartel coins a month but thats really just the main 2 benefits you get. ESO offers so much more. EA is literally just using SWTOR as a money sponge
only reason I see is craft bag. $15 a month is not worth it. Now that everything is for sale in the crown store. The new dev team is not very good. The ESO+ special sales are garbage. Personaly pets and costumes are a waste of crowns.

15$ is only one lunch per month. DLC opens up more dungeons and quests for you to get skill points from, plus there are some skill lines to which you will not have access, if you don’t have the DLC. Even without the DLC, I’d gladly pay for the craft bag. I don’t see how anyone can play without the Craft Bag, I must have close to 500 types of items in there. Even with the double bank space, I have my bank expanded to 180 slots (without ESO plus that would cost way more gold than I’ve paid) . I may need more space since I’m hoarding gear for multiple characters and multiple situations.
Ok, so if you buy the expansion from let's say steam, for like 70$, do the chapters come with that purchase, I am so confused..

What about the daily rewards like the potions are they any good or junk?
Depends if you need them for your build! I usually save the tri stat potions for PvP, the major brutality potions for stamina pve and the major sorcery potions for magicka pve

Bought the membership and when I look at the store dlc section, content is not automatically downloaded. Should it be? Afraid to "purchase " the content and waste my crowns that should already be free.
You don't have to download content. You can access those areas with quest starters (find more info in my complete beginner guide). You also don't have to purchase the content with crowns, you get it either your ESO+ dlc. If you spend the crowns on it, it would just mean you would still own it if your plus membership ended. It's a great game, I'd pay for the ESO+ even without all the QoL that comes with it.

no, you get the total sum of your subscription. in one go and then you have eso+ benefits for x amount of months.
Can anyone tell me if you pay $139 up front for the 12 month subscription on the PlayStation store? Or is $11.99?
It's up front. You will receive all your Crowns for the entire year. This can take up to 3 days to see because of the delay between the store and ZoS.

Personally I think it isnt worth it at all. Wait for the DLCs to go on sale to get them if u want. Secondly u r already paying a monthly subscription to either PS plus or gamepass to playing ESO untop of that u gotta pay for a monthly ESO membership fee if u want the benefits which isnt great for the price u r paying. For example says u get 10% experience gain for crafting and killing enemies that's nothing at all would be better if it was 25%. At times enemies drop gears pieces that give u exp bonuses ranging between 5% to 9% not sure if u can get any higher then 9%. The best benefit is the increased inventory space and the unlimited crafting bag space. All up it would cost me $32 a month to pay for 2 subscriptions no thanks. But this my take on the ESO membership benefits the game is awesome though.

Yeah you can do that but not slowly. The moment you sub you are automatically given 1650 crowns times the duration of sub you bought so 1650x12 right away

Yeah ESO+ not worth it without including all the DLC, it's a huge ripoff charging $60 for Elsweyr AND $15 a month for the ESO+ to just have Elsweyr be included later. Id get plus if it automatically included all DLC but it's a bad deal otherwise since Elsweyr is only about 6 hrs of content. At least Zenimax isint milking everyone like FO76 1st (good lord).
Latest chapter will not be included in eso+. When Skyirm chapter released elsweyr will be included in eso +
@@davey3765 if you planned to play the game for some time, you can just take a 3 month subscription and you will get 5000 crown directly and with that you can buy elsweyr. and with eso plus you will then get acces to summerset and all the other dlc. if i want to play all the dlc without eso plus it would cost me 10 or 15 euro for each dlc so do the math, it would cost me like 140 euro or more to play all the dlc. so yeah, if you want to play all the content available i think eso plus is worth at least in the short term. as for me i took a 3 month eso plus to do all the content and then i will buy greymoor with the crown they gave me when it came out. and if this solution isn't good for you, you can't still find cheap key for elswer under 10 dollar on instant gaming, G2A or other shady website.
