what i also wanted to add in his list of eliminating distractions is MEDITATION. just sitting in a room, with straightened back, closed eyes, and doing absolutely nothing also offers a high amount of plus points to our lives. its very very crucial to organise and add/delete thoughts in our mind, and i can make it possible through meditation. its been only a month since i meditated, and the change i am seeing in me is absolutely shocking. i am shocked myself. there's been so many apps to eliminate distractions like forest, bla bla bla, focus mode and stuff, but NONE OF THOSE APPS BEAT MEDITATION IN MY OPINION. btw, Aditya Sir is very real and honest always, and what he has said worked for me too. I tried what he said, it really deepened my focus even further! thank you sir, for such insightful videos, and for portraying such realistic approaches for problems in daily life. thank you, really. 💖✨

Thank you so much sir I am in 11th grade my major distraction was phone (Instagram) which I started using 4-5 hours in lockdown and It's been more than a month that i have deleted app version and if i have to contact someone I just use the web version It's really helpful as it takes few minutes to go to web version and log in there and it is not as convenient as app version And this has saved my huge time waste on Instagram But sir now a days shorts version is also available on TH-cam which has really become a distraction if i have to watch a lecture of 3 hours it takes more than 6 hours to complete that lec just due random scrolling on TH-cam shorts or Binging on some random comedy,vines or motivational videos and after that is just regret 😔😔😔 I also tried to delete TH-cam but we can't, i even made a new account just for study videos but it didn't help Please tell a solution 🙏🙏
Start maintaining a page on which you will put a dot everyday you didn't waste your time on yt .the day you watch a short ,tear that page and start a new page . Gradually you will want to fill the page and it will be your motivation . Keep a time slot in week when you will use yt ,like i use yt for half hour every Saturday as the time is limited i can manage to watch productive and motivating videos .

i have installed this app known as STAY FOCUSED on my mobile and i have set my instagram and reddit unlocked only during 8 30 am to 5 30 pm .. it covers all the time when i am in coaching and when i am in train ( i mostly avoid using social media in train rather i solve biology mcqs on my phone or review the flashcards i made hehe ) .. so i can only access it during breaks in coaching ... people should start having realistic goals... they be like yeh karenge woh karenge .. and in the end of the day they would do less things and be unhappy about it keep your daily goals knowing that this can be done easily and only if you achieve it increase it the other day AIIMS sabke liye ni hota .. AIIMS jaana hai AIIMS jana hai karoge toh jaha hai wahipe rahoge .. if you put enough efforts then you fs will but without even beginning to do shit .. ion think there would be any signficance ... smart work >>> hard work i dont believe in motivation .. it is simply short lived .. there should be drive .. if this then what .. if i dont get selected then what.. the drive should keep you motivated and not the external factors such as so called motivation videos .. motivation should come from yourself and not from external factors .. for instance i study cos i know i will have a better future if i crack NEET rather than watching baseless movies and series ( i do watch them but only when i seriously dont feel like doing anything .. which is rare .. i will talk about pushing yourself in next point ) .. i dont remember the last time i watched movie .. cos i know watching them wont make me a better person in life see pushing yourself is good but only at an certain extent .. people go like "Oh, i am having a burn out let's take a break" .. won't say it is bad but if the thought of "Being burnt out" never crossed your mind you would still be doing the thing you are doing instead !!!!!!! .. we are human and we are bound to find ways to just relax like couch potato .. giving yourself time is not bad but giving it irresponsibly is bad .. i know i have to take 10 minute break after 60 minute studies .. YOU are the one to decide whether to increase it to 11 mins or be a discipline mf who am i ? i am a dropper .. this is my first drop and the last ... i am so confident that i will crack neet this year ... WHY ? cos i know i am putting enough efforts for my fruits to be sweet enough ( what happened in 11th 12th ? well i didnt get proper guidance .. i didnt even know what NEET was just wanted to learn about human body .. it is pretty shameless that i didnt even know what NCERT was till i was in 12th grade .. cos i am maharashtra state board student and we have different books .... i was simply rote learning the modules provided by ALLEN .. i gave up seeing the data .. let's just say it was my mistake to not research about NEET much .. but hey!! i gave my best .. that's the thing that keeps me motivated .. ( internal motivation and not someone screaming in my ears to do so) well i am also in relationship rn but it is not something immature i'd say as aditya sir mentioned .. we are human and we are free to have our own thoughts .. you can't find someone who will be affirmative about all your ideologies .. even my girlfriend is NEET aspirant .. i know i love her but i also dont know what the future holds ... maybe i will marry her or maybe i will find someone else just because it didnt work out between me and her .. but ig we learn from mistakes and it is just part of life ... but if you are in relationship and you are so much into it and just forget the aspects of life then that is bad .. for instance me and my girlfriend set timers during studying .. there is this app "forest" where group timer is a thing ... we only talk during those break period and not during other time .. and when i am studying alone without her .. i mostly read books or meditate .. see self discipline is must as aditya sir has said i have read atomic habits by JAMES CLEAR it is a good book.. it has good scientific approach towards building and demolishing habits .. you can find it's summary on youtube itself if you dont have time to read i have lot more to say but ig i will stop here as my long break is gonna end in 5 minutes XD .. what i have written may not go in favour with some indivuals ... i am open for constructive criticism

@@jiyaa8872 short notes will be great for revision at the enddd!!!!!! 😑.. narrow your study material... Dont solve like a huge chunk of mcqs on single chapter... do a decent amount only!.. then revise those mcqs when you are doing the revision of that particular chapter! 📌
@@jiyaa8872 i only make them for physics and chem for biology i make flashcards and while making flashcards only i do NCERT reading .. i mostly focus on solving more numericals rather than theory .. now it's upto you how you wanna study but i will say that focus more on solving questions rather than lectures .. ofc formula sheets will be helpful but i dont think making short notes for biology is good .. rather read ncert .. solve multiple questions .. see where you lacking and focus on those topics more.. like revise the points you have gotten wrong more frequently and the ones you got correct can be read once in a while ( basically whole ncert reading )
What I feel about phones is that we can replace our phone addiction with something else like non academic books , ofcourse whenever we're free , as books give us delayed grattification which us healthy for us!!

narrow your study material... Dont solve like a huge chunk of mcqs on single chapter... do a decent amount only!.. then revise those mcqs when you are doing the revision of that particular chapter! 📌
@@jiyaa8872 i only make them for physics and chem for biology i make flashcards and while making flashcards only i do NCERT reading .. i mostly focus on solving more numericals rather than theory .. now it's upto you how you wanna study but i will say that focus more on solving questions rather than lectures .. ofc formula sheets will be helpful but i dont think making short notes for biology is good .. rather read ncert .. solve multiple questions .. see where you lacking and focus on those topics more.. like revise the points you have gotten wrong more frequently and the ones you got correct can be read once in a while ( basically whole ncert reading )
