Why am I crying? I am so sad.
This is so heartbreaking....I canbonly wonder what has being the fate of his other colleague's.
I grew up in the barracks. Even though during the days of our fathers ( 63 NA) there was also corruption, it wasn't this worse. The Nigerian Army was stronger and its men, brave because, they were adequately catered for. They never had to purchase their uniforms and arms and ammunition including adequate ration (food and basic supplies) were provided when needed. The Army of today Nigeria is what it is because of corruption that stems from the National Assembly down to the Army leadership.
Likewise me. I seen a lot happened especially in artillery barracks Onitsha
My immediate older brother died last year in Yobe. A captain in the Nigerian Army. They were ambushed and massacred. The army declared him MIA. Until this day we never got his body. My father couldn’t bear the pain. He too passed away this year. Imagine the pain the negligence of this country has put my family through. Sending soldiers to war in Soft Skin vehicles. Nigeria is a cursed mess.

Is this the reward you get for putting your life on the line for your nation? Is this what you get for risking your life for the safety of your country? God will judge that person that made the call that instigated that death sentence against an innocent Nigerian soldiers, requesting weapons to fight insurgency.
