Absolutely that important point he made is the main reason why corruption in our Police is extremely difficult to eradicate. There are good ones among them agreed but they need to purge at least 70% of the entire police force and start from the scratch. As much as it sounds like a harsh solution unfortunately that is the only way out. Some terrible situations require terrible solutions like in this case. It's so scary having to rely on our police to for protection.

Corruption is everywhere, even in the most developed countries. You cannot be taking bribe with such impunity. The impunity is what we are fighting. It is impunity, that made people like Gbajabiamila thinks it's OK to post a picture of himself taking lectures at Havard, while ASUU is on strike. Nobody said fighting corruption will be easy, but this is a step in the right direction.

    We are not impressed.
1.Civil servants across the Board, should be paid living wages!
    2. The humongous/scandalous salary and allowances that Senators, House of Reps and State Assembly people decreed for themselves in 1999 should be slashed drastically, and the huge excess should be used to pay our police men and women, military men and women, in the Naira equivalent of what the police and military take home in the UK and European Union.
    4. Parliamentarians in Nigeria are said to be taking home every month, pay that will overwhelm their counterparts in the USA, Europe and other developed economies across the World. WHY?
    5. Welfare packages for the police and all other security sectors should be realistic! Accommodation, Transport, Health Care, Transfer and Family Allowances must reflect the cost of living in Nigeria Today!
    6. There must be an enviable insurance policy for our sons, brothers and husbands bearing arms in the interest of the Nation!
    7. Training and Retraining Opportunities are a Must. Preferably, such training should be held in NIGERIA where a large number of officers and men should benefit from.
    8. Finally, Oga IG, please permit a video of police barracks in Nigeria. Secondly, permit your men on stree bits to chat openly with journalists about what they need to do their work as they should. Haba!
    9. Repeat
Naira equivalent of UK, EU and USA police salary should be the minimum for Nigeria police, military and all other security apparatus. If Senators, House of Rep and State Assembly people can be hauling home earnings that make the earnings of their UK, EU and USA counterparts look paltry, it is only fair that Nigeria's security and allied personnel Junior and Senior, should earn Naira equivalent of what their UK, EU and USA counterparts earn. Shikena!

More kudos to whoever took the video. Even though he’s going to join robbery gang as he has no trade to sustain his life.
It’s this type of incident makes police mad if they see anyone recording what they are doing.
But do not be afraid to record their criminal activities, because it’s the right of every citizen to record any public official doing his or her official duties.

He said it as it is. What he said is what is happening. Those you saw dekitting him are more roguish than him. The one making the announcement is just another Abba Kyari who due to his pretencious honesty answers supper cop. Forget those removing his uniform. They were telling him,''Guy, you no try at all'', ''Why did you do that where they will record you''?
