Jenny you are so dear to me. You will never know how much I have enjoyed watching your tetorials. I have learned so much. Right now I'm in wyoming living in our cabin. Watching you by solar power. Keep up the great work and God bless you and your family . Jayne Gregory
received the magazine today and yes I got my coffee and sat and looked it over then turned to the front and did it again. Thank you so much for making my day.
I really like how you laid all the fabric pieces out so we can see the pieces we need to make a square. This is really helpful for me since I am a visual learner. I really like this quilt. I like it so much I have watched it several times. Thanks Jenny.
I am making this quilt for my grandbabie's shower out of a polkadot roll and no pink blocks with a few blox that came out too small for the backing and stitch in the ditch on the top. I love how it looks. JUST DARLING... Thanx MSC... (Stringage... I love the new lingo... :)
Jenny! You are my spirit animal! I'm new to quilting and my best friend gave me the bug by showing me your tutorials. I've been an avid seamstress for many years but I always thought quilting would be much too difficult. I wish you could have seen my face when I watched some of your tutorials. My mind was blown! I said "I can do this, too!!" and now I'm working on my first 2 quilts! I love your demeanor and passion for quilting! I also appreciate how you explain things in an easy to understand way. The time saving tips you share are amazing, too! Thank you for all that you and everyone at MSQC do!
This was my first time "sewing along" with Jenny, and wow! The quilt I made is so darling! I used a Halloween jelly roll, with the black prints and orange prints as the stars, and the white prints as the backgrounds, sewing two 4" strips together to make the 4X4" corner pieces of each block. This way, it's a true jelly roll quilt. Thank you, MSQC!
I remember this star from one of your much older videos. I LOVE stars! So I was so excited to see that you could make them with jelly rolls. Its a great block and a great quilt. Thanks for the tutorial.
Jenny, I dont know if you will get this, but, I turn 65 in 2 days...I retired the first of 2020 from nursing. I have been saving quilters cotton for about 10 years preparing for retirement. I never was any good at making quilts... until I just found you very recently. God bless you. I am really learning to quilt now!!
I'm such a jelly roll addict, this is a terrific way to use some ( only some mind ) up 😂. Thanks Jenny, your tutorials are so clear and concise. Enjoy them so much. Lynn - South Africa

Thank you Jenny so much for your answer to my comment. I'm sorry if I offended you and seemed overly negative; I really didn't mean to be. It just really bothered me and I felt I had to share. I guess I'm just extra sensative about sharp objects and safty. I really do enjoy your patterns and demos and plan to continue watching; just had to share. To all the people who commented in my comment I'm sorry if I offended you too. That was not my intent. I felt Jenny was doing a really good tutorial with one safty issue and I only wanted to help make it great.

Jenny, I absolutely love this design. I added another row across, and another down. I have watched this video five times (so far). Did you put a print on the back of the quilt, and what color did you use? By the way, you are a tremendously positive leader in the quilt world. You seem always so real,, cheerful, and your presentation in every video makes your students feel as if you are a good friend, sincere, and personal, with a casual flare toward boo-boos, though you make it clear that precise cutting is critical to an easier assembly, and point matching. I have gone from fear of quilting, to expanding my horizons to try other designs (than just playing with color contrasts on my beloved log cabins), all because of your confidence, and the attitude that anyone can create your designs, and be proud of the end results. Thank you, and your great family for all that you do for quilters everywhere.
Hi, Rosalind! We put a solid red (matching the binding) on the back of this quilt. It came out beautifully! Thank you for noticing how much we want to be a force for good in the quilting world, too... It's so much fun to share how to quilt, and even more fun to hear from people like you who enjoy our work! Happy New Year to you and yours, and we'll be happy to hear about your quilting exploits in the coming months and years!
