Hey Adam, check out your tire pressure! TPMS alarm on your dashboard. Or maybe a tire light reset needed. Anyway, check that. 😅 Nice video, as always. 🍀
Fantastic video Adam , remember this guy said to me buy your coffee at blends instead of Starbucks cause it is Canadian, anyway Zoe’s bakery ucluelet Vancouver island best coffee , keep up great work 👍🇦🇺🇨🇦
You should be careful about what you are claiming as a business expense for taxes (coming from a CPA). Clothing, for example, is a personal expense, so you cannot claim against your real estate income. Golf dues are also expressly prohibited as a deduction. Just want to make sure you don't end up on the wrong side of the CRA :D
But the way this guys spends his money is definitley on the high end of things. You can get by with a little under 2000 per month in vancouver or Toronto, all expenses included.
You spent in a week a 1/3 of the minimum wage in my country ahah. We should really implement some more liberal politics here. The economic situation here makes me wanna move to Canada or the Netherlands
The high rate of living presently a new dimension of earnings, despite the drop in Bitcoin price will not stop me from investing
What could be the most secure and efficient way to invest in cryptocurrencies? I've done some research but am still unsure; advise please!
The idea is to buy low and sell high. Buying low, however, is only half the battle; you must also know when to sell
Knowing what you're doing is also essential. You don't invest in cryptos unless you have a solid understanding of how the market works.
Hodling crypto has cost me a lot, which is frustrating. How can I improve my situation??

So naive, clothing, golf as expense lol
$46,500 a year approx means even if you make $100,000 a year gross, you’d be hard pressed to save $30,000 a year for a down payment to buy a home.
It must be amazing to be Adam's friend😆😊
Pretty good. I think that's still a lot less than most people.
Amazing video!
