Precautions to Take with Rice Bran Oil: Various toxicological studies found that when used in moderation, rice bran oil might be a safe alternative to edible oil. However, the following precautions must be considered: You should not use crude rice bran oil as it may contain heavy metals and pesticide residues. If you have stomach ailments, limit the intake of rice bran oil, as it may cause discomfort.1 Calcium-deficient patients must avoid using rice bran oil, as it might further lower blood calcium levels. More research is needed to suggest the safe use of rice bran oil for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Therefore, they should consult a doctor prior to starting its use. Take extra precautions while using it for children and older adults.
Side Effects of Rice Bran Oil: Increasing the amount of rice bran oil in a diet may cause certain side effects.1 The side effects of rice bran oil may include: Flatulence, gas, and stomach discomfort. It contains omega-6-fatty acids and might increase cancer risk when consumed in high amounts. It may have heavy metals like arsenic; whose prolonged exposure may be dangerous to health. It may lower blood calcium levels causing calcium deficiency.1,2 Therefore, you should not use rice bran oil to self-medicate on your own. 我曾經用過米糠油。當年原因,係因為學識咗橄欖油唔適合中式高温煮食,同埋菜油又唔健康。但已經唔記得點解揀咗米糠油。之後,又學識咗 Priscilla 所講解嘅,因提煉問題,所以都唔係健康嘅油,就改用椰子油,牛油果油,真牛油,豬油。

落鑊尾油就無煙點問題了,用小量花生油炒香蒜蓉後炒菜加水煮熟,再加橄欖油撈勻就吳怕高溫又做到蒜香味效果!

有用過米糠油,本人有心血管疾病,血脂和膽固醇高,要吃藥。我想知道多些不同種類的檻欖油,煮食炒餸用米糠油還是檻欖油好?謝謝🌹
本人有心血管疾病和脂肪肝,體重也超標,原本每餐飯後要吃3~4顆藥。後來靠低醣+輕斷食,戒糖和戒植物油減重20公斤,超音波檢查脂肪肝消失,驗血報告所有數據正常良好,連醫生都驚訝。
不要用米糠油,太高omega 6, 用欖欖油吧,地中海飲食都是用初榨橄欖油的,他們都少有心血管疾病
之前有食用過米糠油,但係好擔心再有之前事件發生,所以無再食

我用了米糠油都好幾年,事緣一女中醫提過此油好才開始用,她也教我煮飯時下一茶匙米糠油在米裏,對身體健康好,起初都有跟住做,後來都係怕肥膩,便沒此舉操了
