Some time ago, I saw a ceramic oven that had gas burners and they were square, different from the ones they regularly use, luckily today I came across your video and well I'm going to do with the missing information, my burners for the oven ceramic, the fire inside the oven will stop being a flamethrower, thanks for sharing, greetings from Mexico!

Hey Rob, I received the mini ribbon forge yesterday. Great packing not one scratch on the the forge. None of the plumbing was bent and none of the bricks were cracked. It only took 10 days to get it from Canada to Denver, Colorado area! Super solid build and the perfect size of forge I have been looking for. Great doing business with you and keep up the great videos!

ive watched a few other ribbon burner builds but most of em have the propane inlet further down the pipe as well as using a 3/16 hole, do you use a smaller hole because the inlet is closer to the forge?

Could you add sprues to the 3D print to save using crayons, if you slightly taper them they might come loose quite easily like the rest of the mould and if not should be easy to drill and burn out too?

Sweet little forge i definitely want to upgrade my forced air with a ribbnn burner. Question, my understanding of a forced air system is that the fuel and primarily get mixed at the 90 degree turn just prior to entering the forge. Could you not simplify the desingn by welding a short sharp 90 degree turn post fuel injection insetead of the beautiful smooth turn you have? Making a turbulent flow in the pipe instead of baffles in the ribbon burner? Genuinly curious, i love your work much respect!

Thanks Travis , haven’t really experimented without the baffles but may be something to try in the future thanks

Sweet little forge. Great job Rob. I do have a question. You TIG most everything. What rod were you using on the mild steel? Also it seemed that you didn’t remove anything to weld. Not needed?

Ya no need to remove everything for the stainless i use a 316 rod and the steel i use a 1/16” steel rod

Would you need insulation between each of the forges when you attach them ?
