To the people that don’t like alternate uniforms and the led lights…just ask yourself if the players like it. That’s what matters. I love our home uniforms but I remember watching the video of the players light up when they walked in the locker room and saw that they were getting to wear a different uniform for once lol.
Saw my first LSU game when I was 5 ... in 1959. My Dad's sister was the secretary for AD's Jim Corbet, Harry Rabenhorst and Carl Maddox. So I'm a 'traditionalist' too, Hunt ... and I'm all in also for the improvements to the stadium (long may she reign!). Hope to be there opening night ... Geaux Tigahz!!! ^v^
It's a blessing it's still there . The history on that field makes me smile and very happy. Nu 13 make the off n1. Nu 4 make that Def nu 1. Get that natty LSU 2024
There are some icons and traditions that should stay. The traditional uniforms (gold pants, helmets with white jersey), the beautiful turf with numbers every 5 yards, Tiger band entrance and Victory Hill, etc). I wish Mike could come in like he used to when I was there. The enhancements are ok, but don't eliminate the traditions.
Yeah Having Mike sitting by the tunnel when the visiting team runs out was awesome. Even sitting in the south end zone (visitors and visiting band section) you couldn't hear the visiting band over the TIGER BAIT, TIGER BAIT, chants over and over it was great even during the early to mid 90's (the dark years) Tiger Stadium is such a great place, hanging out with 100K of your best friends on a Saturday night can't be beat. It's a religious experience😂😂. That's one of the things I miss now, but gotta take care of the big kitty. I'm not real excited about the new sound system though it means less Tiger band The Golden Band from Tigerland is so good (I think it's funny they have songs they're not allowed to play), and the Golden Girls dance team are so good and entertaining. Another thing I miss is the black Friday game against Arkansas since adding more teams to the conference and TV has taken more control of the schedule it was one of my favorite games, get up early get to a spot tailgate all day and either watch the game or get home before the end of the first quarter and watch the game in the recliner while cat napping. No matter what LSU football at Death Valley is an experience.

Fans forget it’s about the players they are the ones who play the games have to adjust to the times

You want to enhance Tiger Stadium experience well you can do that by bringing an old tradition back. Bring MIKE back to the game day experience 😆😆😆

Bro the fire works are one of the best parts of the entrance 😭😭😭😭
I love the fireworks hate the cannon 😢
Man the tech guy is a example of Louisiana and why the state is so behind in so much stuff 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
Are they upgrading the actual lights that point at the field?
Yes, they have led lights. Much better
It's gonna be sweet with laser lights. Your tech guy don't know 💩
I like the lights BUT it ruins TD celebrations.
Tiger stadium needs purple turf that would be awesome
That would suck. Turf causes a lot of injuries
With all due respect marvinsosa FOH with that noise
Said no one ever.
I think it would look pretty sweet but it would be hot af
