I made this recipe - delectable! Although it was super tasty, I noticed that the prawns began to disintegrate as they cooled. Any idea as to where I went wrong?
Hihi Sarah. Disintegrate as in the head got detached from the body of the shrimp? Hmm your shrimp may not be fresh enough? That’s my guess. Thank you sooo much for using our recipe.

Hi Santolify. We get frozen prawns in Singapore too. Test out various brands to determine which brand gives you the best prawns. Thaw the prawns fully before cooking them. Don’t over-cook them. They cook really fast. As long as they start to curl up and turn red in colour, they are pretty much ready to be served. Hope this helps. Happy cooking!
