Would it be a good idea of they were bosses in a Mario and Luigi game? They're attacks could be based off of the games they popped up in. Boom boom can choose a bro to attack and try to ram him with his arms flailing like in new super mario bros U, and if you dodge long enough, he'll slow down and look tired giving you a chance to land on him. Another boom boom attack could be him going in his shell and doing what Ludwig tried to do to Mario and Luigi (Ram both of them). Pom Pom can have this one attack where she throws shurikens and boomerangs at a bro. You have to keep track of the boomerangs because they can come back at you. The hard thing is that she throws the boomerangs while throwing shurikens so it's random. When you defeat pom pom first, Boom boom will get mad and start blinking red. Then he'll spawn 4 clones of him. Same goes for pom pom. They can even have funny scenes. Example: (insert random place and argument of who's fault it was that they lost to Mario and Luigi) Boom Boom: "ITS YOUR FAULT!" Pom pom: "No it's YOUR FAULT!" then a goomba or something comes in and says "Will you two kiss and make up already?! I can hear you from a mile away!" Boom Boom and Pom Pom focused on the kiss part and get angry at the Goomba feeling embarrassed thinking that someone ship's them together. What do you guys think exactly? Is it a good idea? I hope so.
I agree, since Pom Pom has projectiles that are more deadly, and it's easier to get hit by her when she's going up and down in her shell. But they're both really easy bosses

I have to say that I like Boom and Pom Pom better than the koopalings and they have different and better attacks than the koopalings even though they still use the shell spin attack but Pom Pom does it differently and more importantly Boom and Pom Pom are better henchmen and henchwomen than the koopalings. I hope Boom Boom and Pom Pom get a chance to become playable characters in Super Smash Bros Ultimate someday.
