@@CelticSaintvery true that's why I find it odd that dogs were not used (to my knowledge). Even if they did and it came to nothing i haven't heard it mentioned. Is the point of putting it on the news in the first place not to get people talking about it? or can people only do that in the ways that YOU decide is acceptable?
simply stunning how this twit of a detective assumes absolute nonsense. no one has any idea about the battery level of the phone, nor if Slater was without water, nor where he went after leaving the airbnb. start with what makes sense, not with what you assume to be true!

I'm bothered by many things in this case, not least several things that his friend Lucy has said. We are told that he didn't arrange the trip himself, so did she? And if so.. had she met the two men he went off with previously? She states that she didn't know them but in her go fund me statement, she seems to know quite a lot about the area this the house he went to was located in. He might not be there. Many think they know the answer. No one really know, and if they did, they would have found him already. I trust the searchers.
This Jay guy was an absolute thug. Are we supposed to support those who attack others with golf clubs and machetes? sick!

Oops. "..those who loved him." And not explaining that cadaver dogs are what's arrived. Let slip his thoughts. Past tense.
I dont believe he is there . The bus goes there , and so that means civilization, so cars must be going up and down the main road too, people leaving for work . I believe he got a lift . Spanish police are highly organized and doing a good job , a lot are treating them like they are country bumpkins who need help from British police . No they dont .
Spanish police are corrupt and hate english

Not true at all how can any armchair detective affect anything? To me this all sounds like excuses. As for facts I doubt the police even have most of them yet? What I will say and I’m no arm chair detective but there is something not right about this case. Sounds to me like you were throwing out a few theories yourselves.
If Jay shared his location with Lucy, it seems he wasn't so sure that was the safest to do..he walked the opposite direction
Good observation
I hear his Granddad ex Cop Roy Slater is going out there with Dell boy, Rodney and Trigger. To search .
I must admit this is getting rather sinister now. Not so much the disappearance of Jay Slater, but the main stream media. I'm getting Covid-19 overtones.
You think Machete Boy has got the zombie flu?
Mums withdrawing money from go fund me now😂😂 one big jolly
How do you know? Gofundme doesn’t show public withdrawals. Just curious
Arm chair detectives normally work it all out.. covids a good example.
Tell that to the millions who died. Oh, wait. They're dead.
After 3 days without water... You're getting into serious trouble.
It’s the least likely. There are roads where he was. You can’t just fall
Off the edge unless you jump. He’s been taken for sure.

Knowing that he had cut his leg on a cactus did the police not use sniffer dogs to track the scent?
You only think that he cut his leg on a cactus because Lucy said so. There is zero proof that Lucy ever talked to him. It can be proven that his and her phone were connected for a call (in her mobile data), but not that she spoke to him!
@@CelticSaintvery true that's why I find it odd that dogs were not used (to my knowledge). Even if they did and it came to nothing i haven't heard it mentioned. The two men in question were actually staying in an air b &b that is owned by the witness that spoke to Jay about the bus. Apparently they stayed one more night then flew home according to Sky news. The Spanish police said they questioned them. When did Lucy alert the police and when did they act because they wouldn't have had much time to speak to them.
Is Peter Bleksley referring to Mark William Thomas at the end of the interview?l 😮😂
Peter is hurt because that other private investigator has gone out there instead of him 😂
"follow the most obvious theory"
after 10 days of finding nothing, what would the "most obvious theory" be, Einstein? that you just searched an area where Jay never went to?
The kid has probably died of dehydration.
Dont listen to the media, he was out there to sell drugs with lucy, but the media wont tell you that. they also wont tell you that him, lucy and there other friend were all staying in seperare hotels.. dont friends who go away together stay in the same hotel? were all supposed to believe the story of some drug mule who said he called her saying he was thirsty n cut himself on a cactus? people should be asking questions because everything the media regurgitates is not only repetitive but its misinforming. These are facts but if you want me to speculate? id say he owes the dealers 30k which is why lucy set up the go fund me to pay them off and then theyl let him go
But why, he could take o buy water in the same place where he buy tabac, also he could charge the phone O ask someone to lend a phone for a call
I reckon he died before they reported him missing. His friend Lucy knows a lot more then what she’s been saying
Theyv deleted my comment lol
@@Wayne_T123say it again. Curious.
The so-called "missing" Brit was NOT missing. Larkin said:' I can tell you now, I wasn't tired and I wasn't disoriented, and I didn't need rescuing.
'I think there was a lot lost in translation when they saw [me] and I explained to them I had water, I was wearing layers, I had my rucksack with food and I'm an experienced hiker.
'I went into the canyon and I saw the helicopters looking and thought they were looking for the lad but I didn't for one minute think they would end up picking me up.
'I think they want to show how good they are, but I certainly didn't need saving. I feel so sorry for the boy's family and hope he's found soon.
'I'm actually embarrassed about this, I had my poles and I know what I'm doing and I knew that if it could get windy I would take shelter in a cave.
'I know these trails, I've been coming here for years, so I know what I'm doing.'

the other brit they found wasnt lost what are you reporting omg
I still think he’s off getting bummed by the Moroccanese
Yes....they like a lad in tight jeans 🤔😮
The facts. Are he was dealing and tried to rip the top people off.
I reckon that too. Young thug, thinks he's untouchable because of recent his lenient sentence, gets way over his head with actual gangsters.
Please cite your evidence for your claim that "he was dealing and tried to rip the top people off". If you reply, "Do your own research" or don't reply, I shall know that you made it up.
Notably, you have been unable to produce any evidence to support "The facts" because you made it up.
There's definitely suspicious aspects to this case, but I wouldn't be quoting a story from a fake FB account and passing it on as fact. Could it be true? Maybe. But don't go around saying it's facts
@@FontaineDerbyNO. Deal with it or cry about it.
What is “Vera” anyway and why’s it always “2 episodes”.
Why do people no longer believe that sometimes people make the wrong decisions and accidents happen. The lad simply underestimated the scale of what he was trying to do and got lost.
Is the point of putting it on the news in the first place not to get people talking about it? or can people only do that in the ways that YOU decide is acceptable?
Just look at that photo of him with shades on. Jay thought he was a gangster 😂😂😂 the kid is a clown
simply stunning how this twit of a detective assumes absolute nonsense.
no one has any idea about the battery level of the phone, nor if Slater was without water, nor where he went after leaving the airbnb. start with what makes sense, not with what you assume to be true!
Sick of hearing about the divvi
SO WHEN ARE THE POLICE GOING TO TELL THE PUNLIC..ABOUT THE OTHER MILLION S MISSING.....THEY WONT TELL US ABOUT????
Maybe it's helpful to use the €30.000 as reward money for the golden tip. Sadly enough many people only come forward for money in return
Notice how he said who loved him past tense not who love him? Strange
It's the media's fault for making this a complete circus.
Everyone thinking this fella cares about 1% battery and he needed water
At the end of this the gentleman being interviewed says “for those who LOVED him”?
Maybe a Freudian slip but slightly strange.x

If he was in drugs the other two guys that doesn't want to talk or I don't know why they are not being investigated. They probably are involved in the drugs transaction and make him disappear.
Now didn’t Peter mention in previous interview they would be blood shed in the south of Spain due to drugs and gangs 🤔??

it's the "bizarre and colorful" ideas that make a lot more sense than searching a wilderness that Slater probably never even entered!
This includes distance from the road and that there was nobody or no other property nearby.
Had she's been to that location before? If not, as she didn't know the men or where they all went... how could she possibly know that? 😳
These armchair detectives are doing a better job than the Spanish police ffs
You do not know what the Spanish police are doing. Don't be so cocky. The U.K police have "unalivers" and weirdos in their ranks. The Spanish police are probably tired of U.K asbo brats visiting their country anyway.
