You don't need to actually smell it. The smell gets sucked up through the straw anyways into your mouth. I ended up getting Cirkul, it's much better than this although this did kind of work I didn't get enough scent. I wouldn't have normally switched to Cirkul cause a lot of their cartridges use sucralose which is an artificial sweetener which isn't good for you. But they do make a flavor Essence line where is just a pure essence of flavor so you're not getting any sort of sugar at all and not even artificial sweetener. Theres just no sugar at all and they taste good. Although I will try some of the stevia leaf extract ones because that's more of a natural sweetener as long as they haven't processed it.

Pulling the pod up is obvious but people have done that and still only got little to no results, Just buy no added sugar squash or flavoured water. They're not gonna kill you and so much cheaper. Plus good flavours that you can actually have!
Dont breathe in or smell the pod while you're drinking, you'll choke. That's not how drinking works, just use it like a normal bottle that you dont tip upwards.

I got one today and it definitely works, but it's weird. I get the flavour on the very back of my tongue but not the front. Make sure you're pulling your pod up as that's a mistake in this video
@an3nome yes and we tried numerous flavours on two different bottles and it makes the bubbling sound but just tastes of water ,the pods smell amazing but just not getting flavour ...both my son and I have had our addinoids removed and someone said maybe that has affected our senses ot something 🤔 not sure .
