The sniffing was part of the problem actually. The smell goes up through your mouth into your nose normally, but if you sniff you are actively pushing air out of your nose into your lungs. If the smell was in the air you would smell it more with sniffing, but since it was in the bottle the sniffing made it significantly worse at it's goal. This is, of course assuming the bottle works how it obviously does.
They do work. I have one. How it works is you have to hold it upright and gently drink from the nozzle which literally pushes air through the filter there. It works. Its better then Lacroix but lets be real. Literally everything is better. It was a fun expiriment. Dont recommend for normal use.
In theory, this should work. Smell is a large majority of how we taste things, when we smell something sweet, our brain immediately thinks that we are eating something sweet so it replaces the original taste slightly with the tasteness of sweetness regardless the actual taste of the food. I'm guessing that the product dont work well or there we're other smells conflicting with the smell of the orange. Edit: But that's just theory... A food theory Bon appetit

The water bottle comes with instructions telling you to drink the water, and after you swallow you exhale through the nose. It’s not that the bottle doesn’t work (it’s literally just taking advantage of a basic function in our body) it’s just that Milad apparently doesn’t like reading instructions.

I have a Cirkul and it's way cheaper. And it actually tastes good. I like drinking soda and flavored water so I save money by just buying the pods every once in a while
Except that they have sucralose in them. Sucralose is bad. It leads to inflammation in the body, increased insulin resistance and liver inflammation. Also like taking progesterone. Good luck with that horrible crap in cirkul.
I've seen it before and saw matpat using it too, maybe he didn't have it on all the way because my pretty sure it's two clicks to get just water and one click so the pod actually activates it also sounds like your trying to drink through a straw with holes in it when the pod is active if that helps. Didn't sound like that from what I could hear from him drinking it

Should be noted that it does work for some people. The science is sound... the problem is that not every person's brain works the same way... And they have a terrible return policy... so if it doesn't work for you, you can't properly return it... That said, even if it works for you, it's too over priced for a cheap bottle and we can't know if the scent is actually good for you or like markers...

The point of the bottle isnt to make the water taste better,but to trick your brain because you smell the orange while drinking water. So you just drink normal water except its supposed to be better. I hate drinking water! I love air up because it helps adults, especially in the West, to drink water because we tend to be over-emotional when it comes to things, like drinking water. I use cirkul, it is quite literally amazing, it makes your water flavored and is sweet but has not calories also it’s like 20 bucks for a bottle and 2 pod, each pod gives you 6 refills highly recommend.

Just get Cirkul bottles if you are like me and hate drinking normal water. The filters can start adding up in price if you have to buy them all the time, but each one is supposed to lasy for 6 full bottles or more. Don't waste money on scratch and sniff water
It does work, smell makes up a huge part of the way things taste. But it works better for some than it does for others, like how the Starlight Coke tasted different to each person. The effect can also be diminished by environmental factors, like atmospheric preassure (that's why airplane food tastes different), wind speed, the smells around you... If you're thinking about getting this try eating foods with your nose closed, the more the taste gets affected the more the bottle will be effective.

I have the pink one and for me the best flavours are cola watermelon and peach.some pods are not really powerful like blueberry so i prefer you to try cola i think its the best one.
Just get Cirkul bottles if you are like me and hate drinking normal water. The filters can start adding up in price if you have to buy them all the time, but each one is supposed to lasy for 6 full bottles or more. Don't waste money on scratch and sniff water
