Have you heard of Brakes
When you come upon Joggers, far too high a speed for such narrow roads. Are there no speed limit signs. ??????

the speed limit for this road is 80 kph, the sign is at 3.37. I am driving safely at less than 30 kph and have noticed that the walkers have enough sense to keep well in to the side.
