Don't know what they're called in other provinces, but in Pampanga we call them "Mandarame" I believe it translates to "Penitents"--they recreate/roleplay Jesus's suffering before he got crucified. In the music video, they used this imagery/reference to symbolize OFW's sacrifices for their family while they work overseas, away from their loved ones.
