Out of the numerous covers of this piece out there, your rendition is my favorite. I love how you break the note and also the intensity on the main part, you can feel the sentiment and emotion out of it.
I Just Found Out About Your Channel Watched All the Recent Omegle Videos and Other Stuff... I Saw This Title... I Played The Video.. Closed My Eyes.. Put My Volume Up to 100... And Just Listened To The Entire Thing.. When Video Ended.. I Was Still Sitting There For 5 Minutes.. Still Didn't Opened My Eyes.. But This Time.. With Tears All Over My Face.. THANK YOU!!
Frank you deserve a poet to tell you how you actually touched our hearts when you play. I happened upon you just a few days ago but already i have spent hours roaming your channel like a starving cat having his first meal in weeks. Thank you.
You the Guy Frank . Your learning ability is Infinite . Thank you so much from a fellow Musician. 15 years you have been playing Keyboard,Victor Gorge would love to hear you play. Deep joy from London England . Oh ,I forgot to say thanks Bud .
Thanks to the show, I've only had sad associations with this song. So just hearing it, in any context, makes me feel a little down. But this playing is so nice, it has more of a bittersweet feeling now.
Hey, question for piano people: I'm a beginner piano student. I'm fascinated by the left hand pattern at 01:45 - 01:50 . Does anyone know if that's anything known (like a specific way of going up or down the scale), or is it completely specific to this song arrangement? Thanks
You're a very professional pianist! I uploaded that video with your "Wet Hands" cover if you would like to go see how it came out. (Your cover came out better than the original in-game song imo)
I came for the first time to your channel, I’m a pianist thus it came to my recommendation. I’ll be blunt I thought it was very long and I wasted my time here. It’s not a hate comment, rather it’s a criticising comment. Yeah! It had sorta mediocre left hand melody and was a bit improvised but frankly it was kinda easy-mediocre. And the most improvisation was just by changing the original key. But needless to say it was kinda good. Still If I’d have watched this in 1.25x this wouldn’t have made any difference and would’ve just saved my time.
What a needless comment. It's a good rule of thumb to never offer criticisms unless requested, otherwise you come off as an elitist. And to imply that saving time is an important aspect of music misses the point of it. This person wrote a piece for you as a listener to enjoy. If you dont, then move on
[Sorry for my english] I found that the length was good, since this OST is plenty of emotional feelings in the anime. And i loved this cover of Sadness and Sorrow. A faster cover would miss the essence of this OST in my opinion.
A song is not necessarily about difficulty or speed, if you are an aspiring musician, I implore you to take a look at how his emotions were painted throughout the music. Although repetition can be redundant, there's usually a reason to it. And for an improvisation, I'd say it's impressive to implement such rhythmic qualities without rushing yourself, that usually only comes with consistent practice and dedication. I see the point you are making however, just note it doesn't necessarily have to be super complex to be an amazing and moving piece. Also his other pieces are absolutely friggentastic and I love them and his Undertale score is top notch gold. He's been one of my inspirations for years, I'd hate to see such idle criticism try and sploch this masterpiece. It was magnificent and definitely something I'd add to my playlist of relaxing homework music.....Though I might break down at the end who knows
Bro I am watching this back and comparing everyones covers but yours hit me the most, unbelievably underrated cover.
He's The Dooo of piano. Just needs The Dooo to dial in the tone on his rig.
I come back and watch this often. This is beyond brilliant.

Your playing is so moving, I have no words to express it. Thank you!
