How much healing would you say is just from listening to your podcasts and absorbing this knowledge, compared to writing and other work that may need to be done? I exercise, eat well and am passionate about my work. I also listen and think a lot about your message and similar ones like the late great Dr. John Sorno, but other then texting myself certain tidbits I pick up or think about from the podcasts or thoughts I get on the walk, I am not someone who writes much. Thank you!

Dr. Leaf, it is hard for me to process all the wickedness and corruption in this word. It's discouraging and feels hopeless. Prophets say things are going to get better. I trust God to help us, yet the world is getting darker and I feel insecure about life.

Thanks Dr. Leaf, great explanation of what happens when our brain/mind perceives information that comes as sound waves, light, etc. I would love to hear, if you can, what is the exact biochemistry that you and your team discovered, ie, what is the actual mechanism of protein synthesis and how do those proteins grow the "roots and branches" of the neural networks, and what actually ARE they? Are they discrete neuron/neuron bundles, or are they temporary, then later, in reinforced neural net's firing for that purpose, etc? So cool! Blessings!

so how do you not let the smoker in the adjacent apartment whose smoke seeps through the wall and gets my hair, clothes, furniture and etc stinking like cigarette smoke affect me??? Landlord WON'T do anything and this is a gov't subsidized apartment NO smoking permitted inside, but management lets them and always says I don't smell anything. At this point I can't afford to move
