I work 10 hours per day here in Toronto, (getting a new life here, I'm from Venezuela) and off course, I get tired quickly, and I wanna to start doing workouts in the morning by myself in home, but I don't know how I can begin, what routine to choose, and I always see your videos and I admire you, for everything you do in your life so easily.
