I always figured the most forgettable pokémon would be a gen 5 middle-stage 'mon, I always thought it'd probably be palpitoad or klang. I have a feeling the fact that I didn't even think of eelektrik probably makes it a more likely contender. Or at the very least, tied with klang, as I also never think of klang itself, just the entire line, and am more likely to think of the base or final form first, similar to eelektrik. Carbink, at the very least, is memorable for me as the one pokémon that has an evolved form strictly in terms of lore, not gameplay. I have to wonder what the explanation for it not being able to use eviolite is in-universe...
