    cook the pizza at 370c , let the stone preheat for 30 minutes , pizza will cook perfect in 2 mins or under

    Just ordered mine, a WHICH MAGAZINE recommended best buy, I think due to the 💩 summer there is a over supply of these so they have reduced the price to £250 and thrown in the stand and cover for free, definitely a learning curve getting the pizza dough and oven temperature right

    Window in front would be a good idea save you opening door every time to check on pizza, still think your gas fired and wood fired ovens have a more authentic look to the pizza tho 👍
