i love your mindset on money. it’s def important to have that balance between treating yourself and practicing discipline when it comes to personal finance
See, that's why your channel is still one of my faves, you do videos regardless of the sponsors, your not strictly goal oriented trying to ab overachiever, you help me keep me grounded. Regarding the coloring on the bullet journal the thing you see weird between the towel and the umbrella is that there's no enough contrast, but it doesn't look bad.
Video request: Could you do a video flip through of your bullet journal at the end of the year? I've always been curious about the Doodle Planner and seeing yours sparked the curiosity times ten!
just bc the olympics are going on, you should read carrie soto is back. esp w marathon training too, it's such an amazing story and so inspiring & I couldn't put it down!! there's some romance but it's not the focal point of the plot but I think (hope) you would love it
hi Jenna~💖I enjoy your take & execution on realistic monthly goals📝bc it's so realatable. + I still use your Notion template but idk if I wld ever use Rella, even for my corp career role but its so cool to see how you plan your social media content. ++ i need to try that Mocktail ^^~
I recently read One True Loves by Taylor Jenkins Reid and I really enjoyed it! I had seen the movie on Hulu and saw it was a book so I had to read it lol It's romance but also touches a lot on how people change as they get older and learning to let go. Although at times it does struggle with major miscommunication and you end up getting frustrated at the main character for not just explaining her inner thoughts to the other person.
the book Take a hint, Dani Brown was such a great follow up book to Just for the summer (it had the same relationship "deadline" and spicy tension, plus it speaks about mental health and has very independent women
Hello Jenna! I had a very hard time colouring the towel as well and im not very happy with it too! Haha oh well. Let's hope for a better colouring spread next month 😊 I love watching your videos btw! Could hear you talk for hours 😂
@@elizabeththompson1525 I’ve heard of Lisa Jewell! I haven’t read it thank you💕 and I did cross country in high school (all 5ks) along with golf, and nothing in college
this was super cute! I still need to plan my august. Did you use the doodle planner more in July? I remember you saying that you aren't using the weekly spreads so much
No I haven’t! I always just use the brand recommended by my eye doctor, it’s expensive but I just trust it the most since they’re sitting right on my eyeball 😂
Definitely read the Seven Year Slip by Ashley Poston if you love Abby Jimenez! This is a great romance book and I can't stop thinking about it since reading it
I think you would love acotar for sure book 1 and 2 for the romance as the books past are more story building and plot heavy but they do have lots of spice though so if you don’t like that then I would pass on this series but I did LOVE the seven year slip and can’t stop thinking about that book and that one is less spicy for sure so you could give that one a go if it sounds interesting
Wow I feel blessed to not need contacts! I had no idea they cost so much. But yeah girl that $900 a month is WILD for going out to eat lolol. Love the budgeting content! Are you still able to save money right now?
yup it’s crazy lol but like i said i often pay for thomas / others when i go out to eat, unfortunately living in DC makes the group dinners with friends comes to a really hefty bill especially if people get drinks. but thats why i’m grateful to have a life where im fortunate to support myself and others in these endeavors where i’m going out to eat more. yes i’ve saved over $10,000 this year like i said! $1000 went i to the home fund last month
If you ever saw the 90’s Practical Magic movie with Nicole Kidman and Sandra Bullock, they’re making a sequel next year!!!! AND they’re based off a series of books (4) by Alice Hoffman. That’s my book rec 🪄
happy august 💓 give me all the book recs as someone who literally only enjoys romance 😂 hope you enjoy!
Love the plan with me
I actually need book recs for this month too 🤭

How do you actually track your budget? Do you go through your history and manually track it?
Yes I go through my credit card purchases and add the line items!
