- A dual mix of Fiend theme from Shin Megami Tensei III (Nocturne) and IV.
A perfect synchronization. They did this theme in IV pretty well. It's my favorite.
The artist of the image is 'tam'. I found this pic on zerochan but that isn't really a credible source.

Both versions complement each other well...it's like they were meant to be combined.
My thoughts exactly! Both mixes sound much more dramatic combined together than alone!
If SMT V does something like this....Oh man. I will literally defecate myself when any Fiend appear.
Was playing SMT IV last night, doing one random Challenge Quest. Dealing with the Hordes was a pain, but the moment "Fiend" started to play and David appeared...I think my mother till now didn't understand why I started half-crying.
@@netomoreira3525 Or if it does something similar to Imagine, where some Fiends (like Alice) actually have their own unique version of the Fiend theme. I could even see Alice showing up in SMT V as part of some sort of side quest that only mentions finding a "lost little girl", but when you find said little girl she says just six words: "Would You Please Die For Me?" and then the Fiend theme immediately begins as a fight with Alice starts.

Oh, and in that boss fight? Alice isn't alone. *SHE HAS HELP* from *THREE* other bosses!!!! And all four of them are present from the start of the boss fight. Some of the Fiends can be *REALLY* mean in Imagine/Re:Imagine.

If you can actually nail the 1/256 chance for the Rider to actually spawn. To this day I've only been able to get Red Rider to spawn.
@@gamester512 I managed to get lucky and got white rider to spawn within 7 minutes of reloading and brute forced with save states because I wont get lucky with his spawn again

Trumpeter was 96 or something... So the fiends in Apocalypse are much closely grouped...

@@RedDrake110 I would imagine Vergil became interested at the story Dante told him about a kid turned demon that strong enough to hold himself against The Legendary Devil Hunter and one of Sparda's twins.
Not many demons can say they survive an encounter with Dante, and even less can say that they got Dante in their party working for them. Only Demi Fiend can say that.
So yeah, they'd get along just fine. After short "greetings" of course.

Such an intimidating theme for a skeleton hit gang. (And I thought the theme of Mr. "you're gonna have a bad time" was somewhat unfitting enough. Just hearing/seeing all the fanatic s*** the community of that certain game conjures up makes me feel uncomfortable.) But you know what? Both of the fiend battle themes are great though, so if it ain't broke, don't fix it?
To be fair, part of said Skeleton gang is literally the Horseman of Apocalypse, so yeah...

Its like Meguro made these themes with the thought that they would sound the best together. Atlus in general has a thing like this i.e the Persona Q battle theme being another one.

Vixay Soumphonphakdy Last I checked he composed the Fiend theme. Even if they Re-Mixed it in 4 its still HIS work.
+Simply Okami Yes, he composed the original fiend music (for SMT1's PS1 release) that has been reused in Nocturne and changed up a bit in SMT4. But why is it amazing that they sync up together if they're basically the same song? Of course they sound good together.
+Ninto55 I never responded to this lmao, my b. My initial comment was saying that the songs sound complete when they're together. Like when i play SMT IV or Nocturne and fight these fuckers i feel like the song is missing something. Its like 2 two are halves of one piece.
+Simply Okami Actually, Meguro DIDN'T compose the Fiend theme. That honor goes to Kenichi Tsuchiya, who also handled the remixes in Nocturne and IV.

Funny enough after I got Daisoujou in Nocturne I literally Cheesed every Fiend Fight (Except Trumpeter because that was literally Luck Based) Keep spamming Meditate and Spirit Drain and the Fiends will Do nothing after awhile leaving them open to Wail on
Yet here I am, still stuck on Matador.
The hardest part of all SMT games is the start..Once you get the ball rolling though, you can blaze through these.
Matador without a doubt is the hardest only because you dont have good demons at the time and hes not optional and he comes out of no where when you first play, I had to fight him multiple times just to beat him and thats with prior knowledge of him, hes the definition of a difficulty spike hes up there with Wittny from Pokemon
Daisoujo can't save you from White Rider. He can't drain mana from both virtues at once. If you don't stone them fast your are fucked in 2 turns either because of prominence or God's bow.
