Vegetables can be sliced/diced and frozen. I put them in sandwich bags and take out what I need. Onions and peppers can not be thawed just break off and toss what you need in as you are cooking because thawing will ruin them. If I know that I will be cooking a large meal. I then will use quart or gallon size bags.

Thanks. Nice job. Suggestion get some containers for freezer that don't have to cost much like rubber maid to store flour in the freezer. That way you can have flour in container and won't have to worry about bag getting a hole and containers store easier. That's what I do as flour is not fun when is gets hole in bag in freezer.
I use baby wipes to clean the bathroom - not deep clean but just a quick spruce up they are amazing for that
Yes I do that as well! They are so convenient to have around! I also keep a pack in my car to clean up spills.
My one tip for organizing as you add storage containers is clear square or clear round, nothing opaque if you can help it. I like to open the pantry and see at a glance how much I have of an item without having to open the container and look in. You answered my question about where you kept all those steamer meals!

As for your Large flour and sugar that you stored in the freezer maybe you can try going to the home improvement store and buy the large utility bucket , it has a tight lid. I store all my big bulk dry goods in them. Plus they are only around $2. This way you can free up the freezer.

You have a great stock of stuff! I do the same for my husband and I. I shop the sales and coupon, and I always have what we need on hand. Great job 😄

Your stockpile is amazing! I would definitely put up curtains or something just for (security) but also bcz I'm one of those people who like enclosed storage. My dogs like pure pumpkin, maybe yours would too? They are so cute. Another commenter said remove your lid rings, I have to agree. Have a great day.

Stored items are gold when stuff happens in today's economy. So in case that is s back door entrance into ur home, and u got neighbors and what not, i would put up curtains or blinds for privacy.
I cant watch these anymore...I want to get in and organize and rearrange her cupboards and pantry!!! she has it all so strung out....

Great video! We've had to be creative and make space for storage and while it isn't the best solution it works! I love having a few extras of the things we use on hand, it's always nice to open up a closet and see what I need and not have to make a run to the store!!

It can be hard to remember/budget to buy extra, especially if you don't shop at a bulk store I've been there! I've been there. It can also take awhile to build a stockpile up. :) I've thought about doing a get ready style video but didn't know if that was something y'all would be into. I will definitely do it! :) Thank you for the suggestion!

With the canned goods, be sure to see if it pops before you open it. If something is in their producing air you don't want to risk it. I once found a can in a grocery store that was obviously bad. I made sure to turn it in in case someone didn't know.

You do your dog food just like I do. I watched a documentary on how dog food is made.....needless to say I went right into making my own and it is cheeper than buying the "highest quality " vet recommended dog food.

I was wondering what state you are from. I have been trying to find some NC couponers
I live in Arkansas!! I know there are Kroger in NC and they make coupons super easy!! If you shop the sales and combine it with the loyalty card and ecoupons you can save a ton. I'm going to be making a video about it in the future. Once you have the loyalty card you can make an account online and add manufacture coupons to your card. That way when they swipe your loyalty card the coupons get applied too! And there is no clipping! YAY!!! Good luck couponing!!
FYI you should take the rings off your canning jars when they're in the storage and only use the rings on them once they're opened in your fridge that way you will know if there is a false seal on things the lid will bubble or pop off and then you discard the stuff . This is coming from a person who cans a lot. nice organization otherwise

Do you have a big family?
I actually don't. It is just me and my husband! We live in a rural area so unfortunately we can't run to the store very often. We also live in an area that if it snows we could be stuck for awhile. I love the security of knowing that I have what we need. We depend on my husbands income and if he were to get injured or lose his job I like knowing we have enough to get us through for at least a little while. Great question! :)

We don't use it all in one day but yes we do use all of it. I only buy products we use and I'm always rotating so the oldest products get used first.

This is just superb, been searching for "canned foods for emergency" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Proutklarton Surviving Technics Plan - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my brother in law got excellent success with it.
