Great video sir. I was on subs for 7 years. Last dose was 4mg daily for a year. It was hard for me to quit. I ended up taking the sublocade shot for 6 months. After that it all got better. My last sublocade injection was February of 2021!!! Everything and I mean everything got better. My life came back. If quitting isn't working for you like it didn't for me maybe ask about those injections. Just wanting to share this because it really changed my life. Hope the best for you sir. It does get allot better when you get through it though. Be safe sir!!!

Aww shit… thanks for saying all that kind stuff bro I was caught off guard when I heard you bring me up. Brother, YOU ARE WORTHY! 100%… I know it’s hard to feel worthy sometimes when you’re deep in the addiction but I see the potential in you. You were the first person that persuaded me to contact you off TH-cam so that shows you can do things you put your mind to. We all want good things for you and you’re only 34 man you’ve got plenty of runway left. Side note about Tyler’s channel. He jumped off multiple substances all at once that’s why his wd was so brutal. If I recall it was alky, tobacco, subs, and benzos and maybe other stuff as well, Or something like that. So don’t let his journey spook ya bro.. my birthday is also next weekend and all I want for my bd is for you to get to the rehab me fight your ass off for a better life. The time is now my friend. I’m not thatttt low on the dose but I am on the lower doses. I still want to be off and still am a puss bout jumping off so I can relate to you very much. PS I def work out my legs hahah you just can’t see them in the vids 😜. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for you man! Take a picture of your kids in the rehab and when times get tough just focus on their picture and remind yourself what’s on the other side. GOD BLESS JOE. We will all be here for you and praying for you. 👍

Dude, Gabe made enough videos for you to binge watch for a month haha. Never met him but I feel like I know him just from watching all his stuff. Time your recovery with his videos so you don't feel alone. Every little mental advantage you can get, fuckin take it. You been dealing with this shit for a long time. You know what you have to do. The first step is the hardest. I know you don't want to hear a bunch of cliche shit but some of it is true.
Do 3 easy sets tonight, then in the morning again and you already have two days of workouts under your belt. I'd do that every day until you go to the treatment center, start a new habit so you have that V. Get a little jump start. You'd be surprised how much better you feel about yourself even after a small victory.

Hey man it’s been a long ass time looking good. I’m still clean but still on 48-56 mg a day, I can’t bring it down unless I can’t find the extra strips which seems to never happen. Working on recovery every day, and as long as I’m staying sober the 6-7 strips a day doesn’t bother me because at the end of the day I’m still sober from my demons.

Dude don’t beat yourself up over being on suboxone it’s no different than being on antidepressants for depression or anything else. The Dr’s in the US use such a low dose of buprenorphine to treat addiction it’s terrible and their making it much worse. If you were prescribed 12mg strips 4 times a day then that would work for you. Everyone’s addiction levels and treatments aren’t the same, the drs need to treat us with that in mind. I love you buddy and you do you but I still see your beating the hell out of yourself for being on suboxone. I need mine to stay sober and you may too. If that’s the case then embrace it and live, love yourself and you!
