My BMW dealer replaced a fork seal under warranty for me. The warranty period was almost over. The fork seal was barely showing any signs of leaking. The buggers only replaced the one. I'm not too worried. I'll replace them both when another leak happens. I love your channel! Cheers from Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.
Hi Dejman, hmm strange as I have the Hornet 2010 service manual, but in that manual its still the non adjustable frontfork. Do you got a Hornet service manual with the adjustable frontfork ?

Big job. Way to go Sir.

Since 2009, the Hornet has an adjustable fork. In 2011 only visually changed like lamp, seat, speedometer. So it is mechanically the same as in 2009.
